He was on-time and sent a text before arrival so I had a heads up he was on the way (always appreciate this from a business). He checked things out, let me know he could definitely fix it, and got to work. He went above and beyond - even trimming out a section of a bush that was right in his way (so sorry about that, James!) without complaining and fixed an additional problem he found when he removed the damaged siding.
