“My family and I have had several visits to RxGenomix throughout the pandemic for Covid testing, and each time Coley helped us. He was not only completely professional, but he was also very reassuring when it came time to test my then 7 year old son. He explained everything in completely age-appropriate terms. Each test had same-day results and we had complete faith in the accuracy of each test. Fast forward to this past spring and Coley reached out to me to see if I'd be interested in a new product that the lab is offering: Pharmacogenomics PGx (I had to look that up and spell it slowly, and I'm 100% certain I can't pronounce it.) He said that with a quick swab of my cheek, I'd be provided with an in-depth report on hundreds of drugs that I could ever conceivably need. From cancer treatments to anti-anxiety, I would have the knowledge of which of these would work best with my specific genetic makeup. The results came back in a very reasonable amount of time and Coley arranged a call from the chief medical person to go over these VERY detailed results. Dr. Liko was kind, thorough and extremely helpful when interpreting the report. They were even able to discern that I was at a higher risk for blood clots, and provided excellent resources to help mitigate that risk. At my recent doctor's appointment, I mentioned the DNA test to my general practitioner and she was not only thrilled that I was able to get this done, but wants to be able to provide the service to her patients as well. The ability to know which medicine would work best with each of her patients will alleviate weeks of trial and error with many common drugs that she prescribes. TL;DR 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“I had to run into Walmart yesterday to fix an honest grocery pickup mistake. Never in my life have I seen such great customer care or been taken such great care of myself. Upon arriving to customer service, I witnessed Marie ( she appeared to be customer service manager or maybe just a manager, im not sure) go out of her way to take care of the needs of an elderly women, she kindly asked the other guests if they would allow the elderly woman to go first ( this woman was struggling to stand). The other guest were kind enough to let the lady go ahead of them. The manager then contacted another employee to grab a gentleman that worked there to help the elderly lady get to her car and load it. The manager also helped another lady in the line who was elderly take care of her needs timely and efficiently. I’ve never seen a team work so well together and this manager was the glue. Marie was encouraging and respectful to everyone especially her employees, the other employees were happy to pull together and keep everything running smooth. Marie also greeted everything with a smiling face and was attentive to what they were saying. Customer service was super busy that day but wait time was not long for anyone. I was helped quickly and then the lady in charge of grocery pickup , Abrianna (I probably miss spelt that) was quick to come help me. She graciously walked with me to grab the items I needed, bagged them, and walked me out so that I would have no trouble. She also told me if I ever had items missing from my pickup order to simply call and they would bring the items to my car. I was so impressed with the customer care from everyone. Especially these two ladies. I hope this review gets to the big bosses because these ladies and Walmart team are doing an excellent job. Seriously best experience I’ve ever had in a store.”

“I travel all the way from Franklin for these donuts. The variety is amazing and their prices are awesome. I absolutely love the sandwiches and the sweet bread is lights out!! Sausage and cheese or the ham egg and cheese and you will thank me later!!! I could eat them everyday and be happy. The donuts are soft and light and can tell they are homemade with care! “My daughter and I love to come here. The staff is always, ALWAYS, so kind and helpful. We had a really good experience with Meredith. It was about 30 minutes before closing time and we rushed in because of one particular skirt that my girl had been eyeing online. We were in the area so we decided to try our luck. Meredith was so helpful and cheerful. She walked us through a specific sale where tops were $4.98, but there were sweaters and dresses on the clearance rack as well. She explained the, what I thought was, complex details: tops were $4.98, sweaters weren't considered tops but were also a special price. So, we left with a few tops, sweaters, and the coveted skirt.... all very wonderfully priced! Meredith was so great! Many moons ago, I worked retail and also waited tables, and there was always a collective grumble amongst staff when people came in so late....when you are ready to clean up and close the place down. But Meredith never ever broke her smile or her sunny disposition. As a matter of fact, there were several other customers and she gave us all the same attention. Well done Francesca's!
