“I really enjoy stopping at this store, usually once or twice a day. I choose this station out of all the others on the 188 exit because the young ladies that work the day shift (Karli and Jessica) are always so polite and always make sure to greet myself and everyother customer that walks in the door no matter how busy they might be. My only negative comment would have to be about the lady manager , seems like everytime I'm there she is either talking on her phone or outside smoking in her vehicle. I have never seen her actually working even when the cashiers are extremely busy she can be found in her veichle and I don't think that is fair or even right of her being that She is a manager.”

My wife and I were in town from Ohio helping our son and daughter in law move into a new apartment when my truck developed issues. I called them and they graciously got us in right away and fixed the universal joint. They also discovered the front wheel bearings were close to falling apart. We were so thankful they discovered this issue before our long trip back to Ohio. They fixed everything quickly and gave us a loaner vehicle while my truck was being serviced. Their staff really came through for us! We are so thankful we found this shop. This shop provided the absolute best experience we could ask for. Thanks to Jeff, Eric, Chris and the rest of the staff that cared for us and got us back on the road. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle here...a very honest, transparent and kind auto care shop. “I ordered a case of Holiday Specs for a work event and the shipment was delayed. I sent an email requesting to cancel and their rep Vicki immediately emailed and called me to discuss my options. I ended up receiving the order the next day (fault was with the USPS, not APO) and Vicki called me to confirm that it had been received and if I needed anything else. Excellent customer service and very happy with their product as well!”

“I thought it had gotten better. New staff, super friendly. Then right back downhill. First off in the years I've been with them, they say they have never gotten a fax from my doctor authorizing a medication. I have even sent this myself to the number given and they say they don't get it. I get messages saying scripts are ready, they are not. Physician office states they called in a med, Walgreens says the did not get it. Come to find out, Walgreens did not check the voicemail where scripts are left. Have tried to call twice and am placed on hold for 14 min the first time and about 10min the second time (I watched the timer on my phone). While I was there, there was a gentleman about to lose his head over the same issues. And Walgreens staff cannot answer any questions as to why.”

“We adopted Dolly at 12 weeks and she is a registered CKC labradoodle. She has a great temperament and was easy to house train in just under a week. She was well groomed and maintained and though a little shy at first has come out of her shell to be playful and so well mannered. She sleeps through the night on the floor next to the bed. Great value; would highly recommend. Oh and she hardly ever barks unless we tease her into it and she’s crate trained already while we are at work.”
