“Family environment. Never had any trouble from any of the kids my daughter hangs out with. High level of parent involvement. Only one teacher in 2 years turned out to be a disappointment. I find the curriculum to be challenging yet appropriate. Due to school re-zoning of the elementary school I had 2 children at Columbia Academy but my middle school student asked to remain at SHMS and we were satisfied enough to allow her to remain there until she goes to high school. I share in the concerns with others about the Islamic teachings but it's not isolated to this school. It's in all our schools across the country. This staff is simply teaching the curriculum given to them. Not all of them were happy about either but couldn't afford to loose their jobs over it. If you have a problem with the curriculum you need to start at a much higher level than the local school such as the district and federal levels. While your at it, get involved in the parent advisory board where you can make a difference. Our community, schools and teachers need our support to stay strong. Attack the issues not the people forced to follow. Go SHMS Generals!”

I found JW’s Collision Center here in Murfreesboro to not only do the repair, but they dealt with the insurance company. “After spending time in several different in house PT rehab locations over the past several years for injuries or post surgery recuperation my mother cried when she found out she would have to spend several weeks in one again after a hip replacement. My husband and I visited several facilities and found Allen Morgan to be a beautiful, clean place with an extremely friendly staff and it seemed to fit her personality and what she was needing as far as getting back on her feet. We were thrilled when we got the call they had room for her. When I visited her immediately after the ambulance dropped her off she was a very unhappy woman. The next day when I visited she had such a different attitude. She was telling me how wonderful all the staff she had met was. Every visit was the same story and she was always all smiles. I also found that each time I came the staff recognized me and came to tell me about my mother's progress. She loved it so much that I began to worry that she would not work hard enough to recover quickly. Was there a secret part of me that wondered if that would be so bad, since I had become very fond of everyone there, too and she was treated so well and was thriving? Fortunately she did work hard, but the date of her release was so different than it had ever been from an in-house PT center. She actually cried as we left that time. She said it was like leaving family.”

“Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with any shop. Lindsey at the front desk was AMAZING working with my warranty company. She spent 3 days fighting with the first adjuster on my warranty claim to make sure I was getting the right part and coverage. Work was done quickly and they had my truck back to me ahead of schedule. When I picked up the truck, the owner himself came out and went over everything that had been done in detail (again). Don't think about. Trust these guys implicitly.”

“This is probably one of the better SCS middle schools. Once you enter this school as a student, you have high standards from the teachers. They want you to succeed and may often put a load on you, but you'll be able to put up with them. Some of these teachers can be unfair, but you will be fine if you stay on their good side. They love successful,focused students! As for academia, as you progress in each grade leading up to high school,the rigor increases significantly. These teachers(most of them at least) want to help you so feel free to ask questions! In extracurricular, there isn't much of a broad spectrum of activities. There is an okay amount so you should definitely check some of these clubs and teams out. Some of the school policies aren't fair, so that is a downer. However, they are there for a reason! For the kids at the school, they can be pretty crazy. Although there is a nice portion of focused kids who want to learn, there are kids who just play around and that is normal. HOWEVER,TALKING AT THIS SCHOOL IS OUT OF CONTROL!! You will be able to make a ton of friends as most of the kids are friendly. Overall, Mt Pisgah is a nice school but there is room for improvement, especially for the faculty and extracurricular programs. You most likely will have a great experience.”

“Dr. Bryant Salmon is an expert oral surgeon for a number of reasons. I had a very long and painful experience with a lower back tooth that caused me to seek oral surgery as a recommendation from my dentist. After searching around, I found Dr. Salmon and he was able to quickly see me for a consultation. He walked me through my options and answered every question I had. One thing I appreciate about his practice is he never once acted rushed or too busy to spend as much time with me as needed, even when I was asking more questions than the average patient would. Dr. Salmon's approach to surgery was to take the most conservative path to treatment in order to get my mouth to a better state. The oral surgery he provided had no complications and almost no pain post-op. He even took time to speak with me on the phone when I had follow-up questions several days after surgery and this is something a lot of dental professionals do not take the time to do (most of the time staff are the gatekeepers and this is not the case at Dr. Salmon's office). His staff is responsive, compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Salmon should you need any oral surgery, or if you need a 2nd opinion from a previous oral surgeon. He will take care of you, be present with you in the room, and offer the guidance you need to put your mouth problems behind you!”
