“Due to employer insurance change, I had to find a new dentist this year. Thank goodness I found Dickey Family Dentistry! The staff is always friendly. If you want a personal experience, this is the place for you. They know all of their patients by name and truly care. Dr. Dickey is fantastic and very thorough. He explains everything in detail and provides you with your options, so that you can make the decision regarding your treatment. There is absolutely no pressure as they understand everyone has different situations, but they will do everything possible to help you work out payment options. There's no wait either! When you get there for your appointment, they have you back within minutes. My son, who is 9, also goes to Dr Dickey's. They are great with all ages. I will continue going to Dr Dickey as long as I'm in the DFW area :)”

“I’m in my late 40s. I’m super happy to get my brackets off today thanks to Dr. Shen and her amazing staff! Actually, I sometimes don’t trust reviews on Yelp or Google about doctors so much; however, I bet you will definitely see what I said about Suncteek Orthopedics. Dr. Shen is a highly competent orthodontist. My crowded teeth have changed dramatically even though I asked her not to have my teeth out. She kindly and honestly told me pros and cons when I didn’t have my teeth out, and even explained a possibility of the wrinkles on my face to me when I had my teeth out as well, so I could start without worrying. During the pandemic, there’re lots of unsure things, but whenever I asked her some questions by email (because I’m not good at speaking in English), she answered and solved it very responsibly and friendly. Her staff is also very friendly and organized. I really appreciate that I met such a wonderful doctor and amazing staff. Thank you very much for everything….!!”

“Update October 2020: I am still very happy with Dr. Shahdad's office. I was initially putting off my routine dental care because I am in the higher risk category for Covid-19 due to problems with my immune system. The staff reassured me and are being very careful to keep the building clean and safe during this pandemic. Only 1 patient is seen at a time, patients and staff wear covers over shoes, patients wash their hands and gargle with antiseptic mouthwash before entering the exam room. They also clean every surface in the room between each patient, it is crystal clear that patient safety is their number one goal. I feel very safe coming here, and am now back on my regular cleaning schedule. If some additional tests or treatments are recommended, they let you know what the cost will be beforehand, so again, I really appreciate that there are no surprises. I am now pushing my mom to become a patient of hers, and I highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a dentist. Original Review: I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Shahdad and her office. First of all the office is very clean and quiet. They use cameras and a large screen, so you can see everything that is going on in your mouth, and they explain the x-rays in layman terms. After visiting with the doctor, the hygienist sat with me as long as I needed to answer all of my questions. I do need more work done than I thought, but I could also see exactly what is wrong. They don’t leave you guessing about charges or what your treatment plan is, so there are no surprises which is great at the dentist!”
