The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was because there was some confusion in the payment process. I called to pay the balance and was told they'd get back to me. Nobody called back. Months later I get a call asking me to set up installation. I had to explain it was already installed and I just needed to pay the remaining balance.”

“Long time La Z Boy customer, 1st time in new Allen store. Glinda (with an I) was a great sales person and quickly help me find the perfect recliner for a small, 5 foot tall, older lady. I had a budget and this Collage wall hugger recliner is just perfect for me. Comfortable, pretty and just right. Can't wait till Wednesday when it will be delivered, put in my room and they will remove my old, broken chair and put it in the garage for me. UPDATE: 6 months later and the bottom cushion of recliner isn't as comfortable as I would like. But it's holding up well. You can pay for an upgraded cushion when you order it, but that was just too much money for me.”

Pancake and breakfast was very delicious and specially hot and fresh cinnamon roll. Our server make sure we have our coffee cup full and if we need anything else. “After a big runaround at another Best Buy, we ended up at the Allen store and spoke to Thomas in the TV section. He was super knowledgeable, helped us find what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us something that wasn’t what we were looking for. He took the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We live closer to like 3 other Best Buys, but we will be back to the Allen store just because of the service Thomas gave us. And no, we don’t even know him! It’s just that in the day and age we are in, good service deserves a shout out.”

Neal really took care of us and the inspection he did was VERY thorough and to the point. After looking at several stores for flooring, I immediately felt comfortable doing business with this place for my flooring needs after looking for only a few minutes at their selections in person. They have a great selection to choose from. Not only did they have variety, the quality of the products their carry is top notch. Since I have been to this place, all the flooring I saw at other stores, such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor & Decor, etc..gives me a bad vibe, and just feels cheap, and I would feel ripped off if I were to buy flooring any where else. The salesperson, Paul, was very helpful. He was very straightforward, informative, and knew what he was doing, which is what matters to me. The whole process was very quick. I was able to have only a week turnaround for me, from looking at the sample, to it being delivered. Their pricing IS on the pricier side, but I was very fortunate to be able to get very good pricing this time. Even with that said, the important thing to know is that you are getting much better quality from this business and it’s worth it. You also have someone to ask questions throughout the process, unlike other places. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flooring. At the very least, I would add this place to the list of places you are looking at, because this place is a great resource if you’re looking to install flooring.”
