“Top notch from top to bottom. My wife got a stomach bug and needed fluids and zofran. It was 505 when I called and they close at 6:00. I explain that I have a 2-year-old and that the soonest I could get there would be 5:30. Awesome Rhonda called another nurse to see if she could stay after the on duty had to leave, which they happily agreed to. We arrive and they could not be nicer and more helpful to my wife and toddler. We came to find out that the nurse they called to help out was none other than the owners. They dropped what they were doing to come help me and my wife and did it so graciously. Thank you all so very much! Y'all have my business for life!”

First the lady at the front desk (I am so sorry I forgot her name) Was very friendly and soft spoken and I felt she genuinely cared. Then I met Dr. Joe. I will have to say I am very good at reading people but, he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything to me as we went along and after the tests. “We had a fantastic experience with our purchase of a Big Joe III at the Allen location of BBQ Galore. The storeroom was well stocked, the staff was super helpful, and we got a killer deal on our grill (saved $800 compared to other stores and online). Josh went above and beyond to help educate us and get us an incredible grill at an amazing price. I’d called other stores, but ended up buying the grill unseen over the phone based on Josh’s reviews. Open and honest about the differences in perfumes the oil amounts and the longevity of them. I couldn't have been more impressed with his attention to detail and concern for customer service... 100% AMAZING! They offer a wide variety of flavor options, both savory and sweet empanadas. We had the chicken, spicy ground beef, brisket empanadas, and peach/cream cheese. Unfortunately, I found the peach/cream cheese lacking in flavor. I will definitely go back again for the savory empanadas.”

“7/1/22 update: Yard Art came through and replaced all 12 of our chairs with comparable chairs. Thank you! Update 4/30/22: exact same problem happened with the new chairs. It’s actually worse this time. The material is disintegrating despite being told the problem with the construction of the chairs had been resolved. Do not buy outdoor furniture here. Update: after speaking with Brett, he stated that he would replace our chairs at no cost. He assured us the material used to make our chairs is no longer used. So hopefully the new chairs will last much longer. We purchased several thousand dollars worth of sling type patio furniture. We were told they were of high quality and would last many years. After just 2 years the material began to deteriorate. They are so bad, someone could literally fall through the chairs. After reaching out to use our warranty, we were told the warranty was only 1 year, which is not what we were initially told. They refused to repair our chairs. Beware of this place. They carry poor quality furniture and don’t stand behind their products and warranty. I’m just so furious that we now have 12 chairs that are ruined.”

“Our salesman, Davis Bentle, was hands down absolutely amazing. Me and my husband both agree that he was the MAIN reason we stayed and purchased our bike. We can’t recommend him enough… He took his time and knew when we found what we really wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the bike WE wanted. He followed up with us the following day making sure everything was good and we were happy. Mike, the GM, stepped in our bike deal and personally saw it through. He went above and beyond as well to see that we were completely satisfied and the financing was where we wanted it to be. The finance manager that closed the deal, Chris, was great as well. He knew we were pressed on time but still made sure to be thorough. He never spit out a bunch of papers off the printer expecting us to just sign. He went over everything answering all our questions.”
