*edited* I have changed my review, to a 4-star. I’m waiting for the follow through, but I can tell that the coaches really do care. Life happens and it’s expected, but I was impressed with their response. They took ownership of the oversight and are working to make things right. I respect that and I hope this works out!!

This place gets really great reviews, however, we were super disappointed with our experience. My daughter went to the free class to establish her skill level and they told us that they were really interested in adding her to their competition cheer team. The coach was supposed to email me information two different times and she never did. I’m sure they are great but they really let us down. My daughter was really disappointed and I don’t have any faith in a place that I have to contact over and over to get a response. It doesn’t make me have much confidence in their abilities.

My daughter absolutely loves this gym and the coaches! Coach Jason (mgr) is very accommodating and friendly. He explained the process very well and is always willing to stop and answer questions. We cannot say enough about coach Jessica! This was our first experience not being with our daughter (3 at the time) the entire time and we worried about it beforehand. Jessica immediately made my timid daughter feel comfortable. Now, about a year in, it's her favorite thing to do! We are even having her birthday party there, lol. We have noticed huge changes in her skill level and overall physical ability. I recommend this gym to anyone that wants to get their kids into a physical activity.

Update (3/2022): My daughter is still at the gym, and loving it! Truly great people that really care and pour themselves into the kids.

Having a birthday party next week! So far the booking and service is great! Will update this review after party either way.
My mom passed away during this week. I had no idea how to handle my daughters 7th birthday but the lady there told me not to worry about anything. She took care of everything! So thankful for kindness when I needed it most! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family! Thank you

Awesome gymnastics place. My 7 year old loves it. The coaches are great with the kids. I just wish the lobby was bigger and they had a place for the parents to watch their kids. They have a tv but it is hard to make out your child.
