  A wonderful experience. The vibe is very welcoming; there is a sense of community here. Everyone is very friendly. There are options for yoga, fitness, and one-on-one training. I took a yoga class in a heated room, which felt amazing. The guidance was perfect to help all people regardless of level. I fell asleep briefly on savasana which made me very happy. Highly recommend.

  Best yoga studio I’ve ever been to! They will know your name, treat you with loving-kindness, and make you apart of a community. The gurus (which literally means “teaching teachers”) are focused on you cultivating your practice. This is the place to be as you are and they meet you where you are at with yoga. The vibe is fire 🔥, the price is very competitive, and I feel so good afterwards leaving Namaste Fit. They also have a gym with personal trainers 😁.

  This place is the best! The classes are amazing and the staff makes you feel like you are apart of their family! Highly recommend!
