I ordered the cream cheese stuffed French Toast and the Ham Breakfast Sandwich. Both menus items were very tasty and I very much enjoyed the side of hash browns that had not only a good outside crunch, but also a really flavorful fluffy interior. Definitely would recommend this restaurant for a good breakfast spot!”

“I worry about Taco Cabana making it. It wasn't busy at all and it was right at lunch time. They had some new menu items and it wasn't expensive. Good portions, not just 2 pieces of meat on a tortilla. The only issue was that the salsa bar wasn't open so we didn't get to choose the different condiments. Other than that, everything was very good.”

They have a pretty extensive menu so you can find a lot of things from burgers to tacos. The taqueria is pretty low key. Would be awesome to see them grow! “Someone recommended this spot last week. I am always hesitant to have sushi when I'm not near an ocean but took the recommendation. We ordered 3 rolls: Rainbow, Valentine & Spicy Killer. All 3 were awesome. I would order all 3 again. Presentation was super cute too! It took a bit to get our rolls but I'm happy to wait for quality food. Next time we will just get an appetizer while we wait. We will definitely be back!”

“Nice stop to pick up some croissants. We picked up one each item they had, for breakfast treats. They have a great variety of croissants to select from. The service was alright, but we figured it was probably because staff was working on Christmas Eve. Chocolate and plain croissants were our fave, and they tasted good. It was also nice to see that they had a savory flavored croissant. If you're looking for a place that has good croissants and a variety of pastries, in the McKinney/ Frisco area, this is a good place to go to.”

“My family and I have driven by this place multiple times, and finally decided to stop in for dinner. Easy access off of 380 with plenty of parking. The staff taking our order was very polite and friendly. When we told him it was our first visit, he took the time to go over the menu with us. This place was very clean with a upscale relaxed atmosphere. We got 2 pizzas and cheese bread...it was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.”

“Please don't mind my redundant pictures of Chicken Fried Steak and Pork Chops in this review. Just wanted to show how much we liked these two dishes and the frequency we ordered them. Loved how pork chops were brined, so juicy and tender. Chicken fried steak had two sizes, dinner portion were huge! Unfortunately our favorite Allen location was permanently closed. We tried McKinney location once and it was disappointing. Food was of similar standard but service horrible. They're obviously shorthanded, most unoccupied table left uncleaned when we were seated. Worst yet the floor appeared to be dirty and sticky to walk on. One star deducted. We'll wait to try this location one more time before not returning. Keep our fingers crossed.”

“One of our go to restaurants for Indian Tea! Their food, I'll not say is the best, but not bad either. This instance we had Masaledaar Paneer Burger which is really famous as per what we were told. It was good, it was really good. We also had Kathi Roll. The roti/wrap tasted and felt stale. It wasn't fresh at all. Lastly we had their Mysor Masala Dosa, which was fairly good. Overall I'd say it's a good place for a quick snack.”

“My dish and service were top notch! Angie waited on me and is such a doll. Excellent customer service, knowledge and warmth in spades, she provided me with an extremely pleasant dining experience. I wanted to eat on a side porch by myself and Angie gladly made that happen, wiping off my table well. I ordered my vegetables steamed because of food allergies (per her suggestion) and they were plentiful, fresh and wonderful! The delicate golden-brown pecan-crusted trout melted in my mouth. Angie checked on me often; she even remembered my melted butter (which I had forgotten about) and quickly fetched it for me. She offered me seltzer water with lime 'to go'-- she really thought of everything. I felt so well taken care of. Go to Rockfish and ask for Angie! Thank you.”

Our meal was fantastic with well-balanced flavors of savory and sweet, with just a touch of heat. Their teas are out of this world! Patrons should be warned, it does get busy...seemingly every night. “Fantastic! The food was some of the best I've had. Their food is as locally sourced as they can get, including the butcher shop down the street, and it shows in the quality and flavor of foods. We shared 'The Pickles and The Pig' starter that included various sausages, cheddar, house pickles, house mustard, and a huge cracker. Every single thing on the board was amazing. The main course were two Wagyu burgers. One with sausage, brisket, bacon, cheddar, grilled onions and jalapenos, and mayo. The other had lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, cheddar, and their special sauce. Seriously... this was the best burger I've ever had. Bar none. The food alone would warrant a five star rating but the friendly helpful service, the cocktail selection, and the homey comfortable decor all live up to that level of praise as well. I'll definitely be visiting again and think just about everybody needs to stop by and partake of this gem too.”

“2nd time here didn't disappoint. Great food and a fun movie I ordered the poke bowl at the servers suggestion. It was really excellent. As good as anything in a restaurant. My daughter ordered the three cheese Mac. It was delicious 😋! My other daughter and husband ordered a cheeseburger. They loved it. The bread is fresh and not what you'd expect in movie theatre. We all shared popcorn. We really love the chairs that lay all the way flat. I wish they had heat too but they're really comfortable.”

“I was in town for work and wanted pizza and a salad. Behold, Barro’s!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I glossed over the menu. The employee who’s been working for the company for over 20 years recommended their version of a supreme pizza and in a personal pan size. It was more than enough food for me. I added a glass of wine which they also have. The pizza was phenomenal and paired perfectly with my salad! Food so nice, I ate there twice! It’s packed on the weekends but great for everyday! I will definitely be back!”
