“I never write a review but it was not fair to don't write for this dealer as there are many unfair reviews out there. I purchased a 2021 Tesla Model X in December from Kyle and here is the summary: 1) I purchased it out of state on seen and he took more pictures as I requested. 2) He put the car as SOLD as soon as I told him I want it without any deposit. 3) The car price got adjusted after 3 days but he gave it to me as they promised me which was 5K lower and the price was great for the car in this crazy unreasonable market. 4) After he sold me the car he was taking care of the car regarding putting it under the charge and secure place until I find the enclosed transportation. 5) He was ALWAYS available including the weekend and late nights (with 2hr difference) and even Holiday. 6) Professional communication, transparent, honest, and keep their promise. I never ever feel that he is trying to sell the car and interesting enough that I always reach out to him and asked question and he respond immediately. I got the car and actually it was even better than I expected. This is my second tesla and second unseen purchase and it was 180 difference from the last one so I strongly recommend them as Kyle and the sale manager were really care and responsive.”

“Purchased my daughter’s first car from Dallas Truck World and had a wonderful experience! Todd was amazing and took great car of us. “Who can say that the car buying process is anything close to a pleasant experience. I am the type of buyer that avoids the haggle and back and for. I come with a reasonable offer and want to know if it is doable. If not, I am happy to walk out. Well, for some reason I always get cut on the same trap. Nevertheless, Audi Plano was better than most. They are respectful and provide a very good service. It is a tough competition on the luxury car market so I always expect them to go above and beyond. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Will you need patience as in most car buying deals? Absolutely. Could never give 5 stars to any dealer but this one gets 4 when I would give most a 2.”

“I am not one that throws around positive reviews online. However, I felt compelled to write this one. I recently purchased a vehicle out of need that would be used both for work and for my growing family. After doing deep online research, I found that there are MANY positive reasons for purchasing 1-3 year old vehicles from Enterprise based on their exemplary on-time servicing of the vehicles and the overall value of resale versus the usual market. Not to mention the little know fact that Enterprise supplies so many auto dealers with their cars anyway, going to Enterprise is a good financial decision. What surprised me is that the value they bring to the transaction doesn't mean that you sacrifice service. This was the single greatest car buying experience I have ever been a part of!
