“Absolute favorite work out! The instructors and staff are so friendly. I was a runner before and was looking to get more “tone” in my muscles. I have never had abs until I took this class! I saw NOTICABLE results after only 3 weeks! It’s also easy to social distance since all of the machines are more than 6 ft. apart.”

“I've been at MAC for one year now. I love how I feel. The owners Nikki and Jay are awesome, and should be noted that Nikki's workouts are thoughtful and challenging. Jerome and "Beck" train the youth and do a tremendous job with my three kids. Each of the trainers get to know you which is important if you have any injuries--they are always alert and ensure their athletes workout properly. Thanks.”

“I've been coming here for over 4 years, 2-3 times a week, and love it! My favorite teachers are Tricia & Suzan! Recently a new class started called Ultimate Stretch on Fridays from 10:30-11:15am! It is AMAZING! It's a great combo of pilates with stretching. If you're new to pilates I'd highly suggest this class, it's low impact, not overwhelming & slow paced. You get the great benefits of pilates with a little extra to help ground the body. Another favorite class is Fridays at 12:30 pm w/ Tricia! She's amazing with her pilates flow & strap class! You'll leave class feeling awesome & ready to tackle the weekend!”

“Sifu Shaun welcomed me warmly from the 1st time we spoke on the phone. I have been a long time fan of Bruce Lee and student of his philosophy. I’ve been an athlete all my life and come from kickboxing fundamentals. It’s only my 3rd day and sifu and his student teachers are so incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the way of Jeet Kune Do. I’m blown away by how they embody not only the martial art but the philosophy. This place far exceeded my expectations and I strongly believe I will be a student for LIFE!”

“I have been a member since 3 years. This is a wonderful yoga studio. Very clean and calm facility. The owner is very professional and really nice! All the instructors are simply wonderful and very passionate about teaching yoga to make a real impact in a yogi's life. “I love Orangetheory at North Richardson! Every time I workout, I challenge myself more than I thought I could. I get so much out of each workout, and the trainers are so nice and fun, it makes coming to classes fun. It was exactly what I needed for mental and physical health for this year.”

“I had the best ever hospital/clinic visit here. Everyone was super nice at this clinic, from the receptionist to the nurse, the practitioner and the doctors. They were so delightful when they greeted you and it just made you feel less nervous. Throughout the entire visit, everyone was super patient with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I just called today and Emily who helped on the phone was super nice too. I wish all other hospitals and clinics staff are just as nice.”

Then you'll do something incredible, you'll go back again! Todd makes it fun and helps make sure you don't hurt yourself. Great place to get a quality workout in less than an hour.”

“This a long review, but I can't say enough good things about this place. This is a summary of what I've gone through so far with this gym: 1. Culture - The family-type atmosphere here is mellow and everyone roots for one another. There is no weight-shaming in this gym, there is only sustain good form, grow your strength and endurance, and support each other. Age range here is ~15 to ~70 years old, so there is no excuse not to give this gym a shot. 2. Warm up - Every day, a warm up consists of a #RememberTheFallen soldier. We honor who they were, where they were from, and what they did to serve our country. 3. WOD (workout of day) - strength training + cardio = a challenge for you to push yourself. Darrel provides a challenging WOD everyday and gives you the opportunity to set the effort bar where you want it. If someone’s form is not correct, he will come up to you mid workout and provide some quiet guidance where he deems necessary. As they say on their website, “Workouts can be adapted to anyone, any fitness level, and any physical condition.” 4. Nutrition - Suzi is the nutrition and accountability coach. She provides a macro-nutrient approach to eating that anyone can adapt their eating habits to, since it is a non-restrictive nutrition program. Eat what you want, when you want, and track it. I’ll admit, for the first two weeks, my wife and I had a rough time figuring out how to make meals that fit our daily numbers so we could reach our long term goals, but once we got the hang of it, we haven’t looked back. Sometimes, we’ll eat the same meal, but most meals, we choose to eat differently since our eating habits are different. As soon as we chose to discipline ourselves to become familiar and trust the process of cooking and eating foods aligned with the macro-nutrient approach, inches began melting off our waists and muscle began to grow. 5. My wife and I workout at Checkpoint CrossFit at least 4-6 days per week because we have decided to invest in the health of our minds and bodies. Obviously, we want six pack abs and toned beach bodies, but we also want to set a healthy example for our children to look up to. Of course, we're not perfect. We have missed workouts occasionally and had some cheat meals, but overall, this gym provides 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. If you need assistance, don't hesitate to ask Darrel or Suzi for guidance along your fitness journey.”

“I’ve been working out here for 4 weeks at the Brookfield location on 124th and Capitol. Here are my impressions: I’ve never had an issue with it being too busy and being able to do what I need to, even when coming during the busy time between 4 and 6. Sometimes the free weights and barbells get filled but it’s usually a short wait. It’s always clean in both the workout center and in the locker room. Kids Club: this is an awesome service and is very reasonably priced at $10/month. I’ve been happy with the workers, they seem interactive and genuine with the kids. However, I do have some safety concerns. And these apply mostly to children under 3. First of all, they do not make sure you check your key fob in when dropping off your children. Also when picking them up, they have a very casual pick-up safety policy. They keep the same workers on the entire shift so that they remember who picks up and who drops off. It happened once that I dropped off my kid with one worker and pick them up with another, but it could have been the other worker was gone for a moment. However humans make errors and I think it would be easy to implement a simple number-match-check-in system to reduce chance for error. My church nursery has better security. The longer I attend there the more they will recognize me and my kid, but it’s not reassuring for the newcomer.”

“Knowledgeable staff could make a huge difference for this office. Some patients have insurance plans that allow them to see any doctor. Those patients should not be turned away. After many months of attempting to get an appointment, I was finally able to see Dr. Brown. He was very kind, personable, and compassionate. I appreciate his approach to medicine.”

“I've been going to this gym now for just over a month, and I love it. It's a very large gym, with a small indoor track upstairs. I love the amount of cardio equipment. The staff are super friendly here... the locker room could use an update... in fact I'd highly suggest an update. With that said, I'd like to give the staff a suggestion. You have 2 squat racks and 3 smith machines... get rid of 2 Smith Machines and add 2 more squat racks. There are simply too many people at this gym who come and just camp out at a machine or some equipment for far too long. 1 guy, just yesterday, was at one of the squat racks, sitting more than working out, for longer than 40 minutes. There needs to be some supervision by the staff to make sure that the equipment is not being camped at. The squat racks need to have a time limit of 15 minutes, until you all get more squat racks.”
