I received an email from the sellers that said We would like to thank you for your help on selling our house last December. Now, we have settled in MA we want a refund for marketing dollars, 4-5 months after closing. . The 3% was earned and $995 marketing dollars was spent on marketing and open houses. Very sad these sellers closed with great equity and don’t see the value of a job well done by Corey Simpson & Associates brokerage.”

“If you are looking at this review, it probably means you have found yourself wanting to make a change in your fitness. What I can tell you is that F 45 works! In just 5 months I have seen results I didn’t think I would see. The workouts consist of HIIT training that combines muscle confusion all while having maximum energy that the coaches give off. The music is always on point, and the beautiful thing about it is that it’s for ALL fitness levels. The coaches are there to provide modifications if necessary and push you if they know you can go harder. Just try one of Jays classes and you will see what I mean! “I called to ask for their suggestion of stylist and was booked with Madison Reynolds for my curly hair. I had a general idea of what I wanted but Madison personalized it to fit me perfectly. I am beyond thrilled at the results - she made my natural curls look like they were heat styled! The salon is very open and bright. It’s one big room with all the chairs rather than each stylist having a private booth. Stylists aren’t wearing masks at this time but no one made me uncomfortable for wearing mine. I’m already booked for my next appointment and will absolutely recommend this salon!”
