“If you are looking at this review, it probably means you have found yourself wanting to make a change in your fitness. What I can tell you is that F 45 works! In just 5 months I have seen results I didn’t think I would see. The workouts consist of HIIT training that combines muscle confusion all while having maximum energy that the coaches give off. The music is always on point, and the beautiful thing about it is that it’s for ALL fitness levels. The coaches are there to provide modifications if necessary and push you if they know you can go harder. Just try one of Jays classes and you will see what I mean! This program, the gym, the atmosphere and community all gets 5 stars! Don’t wait anymore.. you need to do it!!!”
