My 68 yr old mother was released from the hospital too early after battling covid. Although she was negative for covid her lungs were not healed enough to be home with me in Celina. I took her to see Dr. Jerod Richards and he treated her as though she was his mother. He spoke with us for 45 min and suggested I take her back to the hospital so I took her to Medical City Frisco. She was terrified to go back as her initial experience at Carrollton Regional traumatized her. She trusted him because he proved to her he genuinely cared and so she agreed to go to Medical City Frisco. She is recovering there and is doing better each day. The time he took along with the compassion Dr. Richards showed won my elderly mother and I over. I switched her original primary care provider after that appointment to Dr. Richards. I highly recommend!

The staff in Prosper is amazing! Every single person has the importance of our health first. We originally came in for help for my husbands back issues, then I started coming in to get help with my headaches. After the first couple of visits doing physical therapy and adjustments, we are both feeling so much better. We also chose to have them be our PCP. We are on a journey of whole body wellness and Woodlands Medical has been a key role in that process. We drive 30 minutes (an hour round trip) 3 days a week because they are that good!! From the smiling faces when you walk in, to the expertise we get from everyone there, and even through the billing process, they take care of you! We are so grateful to have found them!!
