“Stopped in today with my kiddo for some sweet treats to the new location in Prosper off Preston and 380. She got a birthday cake cake pop and a pink drink and I had a hot chocolate with pumpkin spice, pretty delish. This location had a much more contemporary vibe than the other Starbucks I have been to. That long upholstered bench looks so comfy! They also had a grouping of chairs in the corner that looked pretty cozy as well. We opted to sit outside and they had some comfy upholstered chairs out there as well It was pretty busy when we went during a Sunday around 3:00 but the staff was friendly and we got our things pretty quickly.”

“Our new favorite coffee shop! We stopped by yesterday and I really thought I wanted pumpkin spice but changed my mind. I decided to try an iced s’mores latte, I asked if they could make it not super sweet, I don’t like when the flavor overpowers the coffee taste. My husband got a quartet(hot). Patrick and his team made both coffees perfect! We love the rock n roll vibe and the customer service is outstanding! We have been buying their coffee beans to brew at home for awhile and we are so excited that they opened up a coffee shop. Such a great place to drink coffee and chill.”

“Great hospitality but plenty of nitpicking opportunities - inexplicable absence of labels when two or more cups are ordered, no description of beans or roast that are being used and just token (not even warmed prior to service) choices for solids. Liked the diverse seating options and, of course, liked the drinks but wished that the hot ones had a slightly more elevated temperature and the cold ones were a little bit easier with ice. The request for light drizzle was fully complied with enhancing the experience. Above all the Staff were furthest away from monotonic robots that are all too common with the larger chains. Good choice for a pit stop. Marginally pricier than competitors; not sure whether that is management strategy to ahead of inflation and bean futures but obviously lends itself well to ensuring that customer experience remains a business priority and not a cash cow.”

“Friendly staff that can advise you on different drinks to try and recommend sugar levels depending on the contents of the drink (ex: may want to increase sugar level with mango drinks in the winter as mangos harvested that time of year have more tartness than other seasons). I've tried and liked the Green Tea Jelly Lemonade and the Mango Pomelo Sago. There was a new tea available today, the Ponkan Fruit Tea, which was also good and unlike any other fruit tea I've ever had. I had to look it up later; Wikipedia says it is a hybrid of mandarin and pomelo. The YiFang Pancakes filled with custard are tasty. I plan to try them with the brown sugar pearl filling in the future. You can also order them with taro, cheese, or plain. Update: YiFang pancakes with brown sugar pearl are a hit with the kids. They keep me from eating all five...”

“We stopped in by chance as Starbucks was wrapped around the building. This facility is ran by High School Students. We decided to come to 554 Cafe as we talked about supporting our ISD, and what a great experience. The staff was eager to help and did a fantastic job. The coffee was terrific; inside, we grabbed some breakfast as well. The tacos were hot, bacon was crisp and the plate came with breakfast potatoes that were crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The prices were very reasonable, and the tips went to a scholarship funds for seniors. Win / Win! We will be back! I love our district and the opportunities they provide to our kids.
