Let’s be honest- no one wants to get into a car accident or have to take your car to a body shop because that means $$$ and people who try to exploit you rather than help you. However, Russel took the time to talk to me, answer my questions, and EVEN go to bat for me regarding shady insurance adjusters. He called to check in on me even after the car was deemed totaled and his job was technically done. You can’t beat service like this anywhere else I guarantee it! “I had the good fortune to pop a curb and blow a tire right down the street from this place today. I literally pulled into the nearest parking lot, and it happened to be this tire shop! I was headed to a doctor’s appointment, and I had waited months to get in with this doctor. They were kind enough to put my spare tire on, and let me go on my way. I left my tire with them and they had my new tire ready to place on my vehicle after my doctors appointment. This was the least painful tire change experience of my life!! Very reasonably priced, and very impressed with their kindness and speed. I highly recommend!”

“I needed a part for my Dyson V8 floor vacuum that no one either locally in my area or even on the Internet seem to have in stock, and would not have for months because of supply chain issues. In doing a Google search I came across Brilliant Vacuum, that indicated that the part I needed appeared to be in stock. I called the owner of the shop and explained why I was calling. He said he had the part I needed in stock,, but just to be sure when into the stock room to check. He said it was in stock and that he could send it out today. I told him I would order it,, which I did. I got an email letting me know that it was shipping out the very day that I placed the order. I just received it from UPS 2 days after it shipped, and I am in Orlando Florida too. And it was exactly what I was looking for. “Yet another example of why I go to Discount Tire. They cheerfully greeted me as I walking in the door. Informed me they would get me checked in next. The tire in question was a warranty issue and they handled it without any hassle. I was charged just the road hazard fee on the replacement tire and that was it. This was on a Saturday when they were very busy. I was informed it would be approx 2 hour wait, which I was prepared for. After about an hour and 45 minutes they were completed with the tire replacement and rotation. Every tire I have bought since I moved to Texas is from Discount Tire. They have earned a customer for life. They continue to give me quality service even if it's a free repair.”
