Lauren at the service desk let me know how things would go, how long it would take, and directed me to the waiting area. Comfy chairs (spaced widely for easy social distancing),good variety of beverages (including quality tea, which is exceptionally rare), and a generally comfortable atmosphere kept me comfortable while I waited. While I don't hope for another recall on my vehicle, I had an excellent experience.”

“While out of town my car gave a warning message of low pressure in one of my tires. Walmart was within a few miles so I drove to their auto center. Despite being busy one of their mechanics took care of the problem by airing up the tire and inspecting it for any obvious defects. He advised me to drive around a little bit and if the problem arose again to come back and he would gladly figure out the problem and fix it- and didn't charge me a single penny. Luckily putting air in solved the problem, but I would have definitely gone back if needed due to the great customer service I received.”

“I loved my time at PT of Melissa! I came in at the beginning of September in a wheelchair after being non weight bearing for 8 weeks. I sustained 3 fractures in my right ankle and 1 fracture in my left foot. They challenged me and gave me the confidence I needed to start walking again. Laura is wonderful! She is patient and kind and very professional. Kevin, Eli, Natalia and the ladies at the front desk are great too! I really looked forward to each visit. I hope to never need PT again but if I do, I won't be going anywhere else!”

“I was there within an hour of opening on a weekday, and let me tell you that is the time to go. I always get the best oil change package so my oil change lasts a year instead of 3 months. It's a much better price overall if you can afford to spend a little more in the short run you will save in the long run! That is if your vehicle doesn't burn oil. The oil change was super quick since I didn't have to wait in line. The workers were super nice and know I will be going there again next year.”
