Most importantly are the trainers-all are exceptional, Jason works directly with my two sons-one in college and the other in high school Both high level athletes. he does a great job motivating them, but not overwhelming them. They walk out of each session worn out but excited for the next session. They look forward to it, not dreading it. Jason is phenomenal, as you can see it with all levels of fitness. “Excellent hotel/motel. It was extremely clean, with a spacious room that had a small refrigerator and a wonderful shower. The lobby had a very large screen TV with a beautiful fireplace below it. The morning breakfast had plenty of options (cereal, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, bananas etc..) and everything I tried was fresh. The staff was delightful and helpful too. I would highly recommend staying here.”
