“*edited* I have changed my review, to a 4-star. I’m waiting for the follow through, but I can tell that the coaches really do care. Life happens and it’s expected, but I was impressed with their response. They took ownership of the oversight and are working to make things right. I respect that and I hope this works out!! This place gets really great reviews, however, we were super disappointed with our experience. My daughter went to the free class to establish her skill level and they told us that they were really interested in adding her to their competition cheer team. The coach was supposed to email me information two different times and she never did. I’m sure they are great but they really let us down. My daughter was really disappointed and I don’t have any faith in a place that I have to contact over and over to get a response. It doesn’t make me have much confidence in their abilities.”

“Megan is the absolute best of the best! She had my 22 month old floating in 1 week, and swimming by the end of week 4! We spend tons of time around water, and my daughter has 0 fear. I was extremely nervous and hesitant about ISR, but Megan made me feel so comfortable and explained everything every step of the way. My daughter is also pretty difficult in new environments and with new people, and Megan was so patient with her! I’m SO glad we decided to do ISR, and even more glad we found Megan! I’d never send my child to anyone else!”

Prime real estate locations , a big staff and greed many times causes dentists to be the biggest cheats out there. However, this practice is clean, has good staff and fair (no games). “I Love Dr Lo! I’ve been going to him for years. He has a great sense of humor and bedside manner. When it comes to numbing your gums for a procedure, he takes his time and keeps asking if you’re doing ok. He’s the best needle man in the business! I had a crown pop off and they fit me in and took care of it quickly. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs. It’s a very positive and upbeat experience.”

“Dr. Trinh at the Prosper location was wonderful. She was very helpful and patient as we worked to find the right contact lens type. Additionally, she shared information on eye health by recommending types of food to eat, vitamins to take, and wearing sunglasses. “Dr. Lee has always been very helpful and accommodating to my family’s schedule and needs. There have been appointments that we teleconference to not have to force my sick child out of bed and still receive the care she requires. My schedule is forever changing and he always finds a way to make time for me. The office is calm and welcoming. He listens and asks important questions for our own safety and care. My family was referred to Dr. Lee after moving to Texas from Arizona and I am forever thankful that we were pointed in the right direction. I am able to communicate through text and I always receive a prompt response. He is yet to meet 1 very important member of my family because my son is on the spectrum and does not like change, new environments, or new people for that matter but today I decided to bring my son because I felt the calm, patience, and care would benefit my son greatly and I wasn’t concerned.
