At the beginning of the year I was told that they would no longer be accepting any insurance and all patients will be 100% self pay. I decided to stay with the practice and here are some of my reasons: I personally see Erica one the nurse practitioner's and I always receive the same quality care! 1. Friendly staff 2. Quality customer service 3. You're never waiting in the lobby for a long period of time 4. When your taken back to a room, after vitals, and speaking with the nurse your family care provider comes in, just minutes later. 5. Visits are never rushed(they actually sit down and visit with you)! 6. They allow you to advocate for yourself and they use the information to treat you based upon their professional opinion. 7. After any visit, I always receive a follow up call...YES, McKinney Family Medicine does this! 8. She does not talk and holds long conversations allowing you to relax into a state of zen and relaxation. I highly recommend a massage by her!
