“Super Quick, Super Efficient trailer w/o! They opened @ 0730 today but times vary just a little bit. If you arrive earlier, park @ the TA RIGHT across the road and walk over to the awesome Breakfast/Lunch shack and politely ask the person at the window when it will be open. She told me she would call the guys and it would just be a few minutes. I was not in a rush so I just waited for truck traffic to die out. I’m pretty sure they would do a full detail on a truck if asked and was told they close at 1700. The food shack seemed great and I will be going over to get some lunch later. I will not be using the Blue Beacon in San Antonio again. These guys will get all my business from now on.”

Valarie was extremely helpful when we first walked into the showroom all the way until the installation was complete. She found us a great price and saved us a sizable chunk of change compared to the local flooring company we originally got a quote from. Matt, Shae, and Chico were fantastic to work with - very professional, respectful, and helpful. They stayed until they knew the job was close to perfection. Matt always made an effort to explain what they were doing and why everyday, and he was sure to answer all of our questions. We also had fun and interesting chats just about every morning, which was a great way to start the day! Nue Floors didn’t nickel-and-dime us on anything, and even went so far to install a small amount of baseboard that needed to be replaced and tighten up a door knob.
