“I will drive across town 15 miles from my home passing 2 other dollar trees to shop at this particular store. I write because i have over heard of fantastic. In every way she treats that entire store as if it is her personal business. Before her I felt as if it was in a dusty thrift store. Item were always all over the store and i felt as if i was at a garage sale in a real bad neighborhood. I couldn't even stand to walk down the isle enough to shop. Stepping over boxes and kicking items out of my way. People were shopping out of return carts like some rummage sale. Vases, toys, hair etc. all over the store. That was until recently they hired Tammie . Tammie's unbelievable multi tasking, organizing and cleaning skills got that store to grand opening status. every time i hit a isle i see her zoom by at least 2-3 times with a over flowing cart of what had to be misplaced merchandise. I want to create a position at my firm just to get her on board with us... and believe me when i tell you if there ever is a need for an employee with her skill and work ethic, dollar tree will have one less valuable employee on their payroll.”

“I purchased a Global Furniture Group chair from Staples nine years ago. Given the chair had a ten year manufacturer's warranty, when the armrest failed, I submitted a web form request via their website and never heard anything. So I called the toll free number and I was told they don't deal with consumers and that I need to go to Staples. I was even willing to pay a reasonable price for a replacement armrest but doesn't appear to have a replacement part business. This makes their warranty worthless. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because, except for the armrest, the chair was solid. Update 05/15/19: After posting the original two star review, the Carrollton location responded and got HQs (NJ) involved and M Orlic came to the rescue! She shipped me two new arms and my chair is back in business. I increased to four stars -- I can't give five stars since there were two fails in Global HQs that started this.”

“Carrollton location The young lady in the store, I believe her name was Alexis, was fantastic, she is so great with customer service and was knowledgeable about the product I purchased, connecting hoses I needed and everything. It's a great price for a slightly tarnished appliance, you just have to come in the store and look at the actual product you're getting. I was a little worried about the delivery service based on reviews, but Giovanni and Claude were amazing!! They were so friendly, helpful, polite, kept me informed on their arrival and took great care delivering my appliance. That delivery team was top-notch. I am very pleased overall.”
