“I visited this store today, looking for a replacement for my aged pool cleaner. One of the associates, Brian, came out and walked through the various options for me. He was super knowledgeable ... explaining which Polaris had the best maintenance record, how I could save money with a rebate, but then ultimately suggesting that maybe I didn’t need a new unit. Turns out I didn’t. My aged Polaris just needed new tires, a reconnected hose and some adjusting of the rotor that drives the wheels. And Brian did it all while I waited, explaining everything as I watched. It was amazing. He could have sold me the most expensive model. He could have given me a bunch of unclear choices that probably would have made me delay my purchase. He could have kept my Polaris for a week and charged me a small fortune while I waited. Instead, he provided polite, friendly, service and all of the information I needed. (And it was much more affordable than a new unit.) In short, he treated me like a valued customer and in doing so, definitely gained a repeat customer. And when I do need a new Polaris, I will not hesitate to buy it at this store. Really made my day.”

“We had had it with our 20 year old mattress! My back has been aching big time. My husband noticed these guys were near where we live, so we dropped in. Isaiah was so helpful and shared all the knowledge he had about the different beds, which ones were suited best for what was needed. He was so nice that I felt happy to buy a high quality bed there. He never pressured us, but was just friendly and knowledgeable! I am so looking for our delivery in 5 days and that they are willing to even take our old bed out since we live in an apartment.
