“My experience was great! From the front desk staff, to the tech and dental hygienist, and doctor. I was greeted with a warm welcome and the office manager was very pleasant in assisting me with my finances and breaking things down for me. The tech was very nice and the dental hygienist was the SWEETEST! Esther really took her time and was very informative. Doctor Chahine was also very sweet and took her time with me, even when I had an anxiety attack she was very patient and checked on me throughout my visit. As much as this could have been a horrible experience, the staff made my visit so much smoother and did all they needed to do to make me very comfortable. Very happy with my experience and I definitely recommend this location!”

From tracking down the model we wanted in stock at another area store, helping us check all the boxes for the site inspection and installation prep, the actual installation, training us on use and maintenance, and the follow-up afterwards, the entire experience was fairly smooth. Sometimes there were delays in communicating back to us, but we understand that was likely due to the increased demand during the pandemic, but we still got in a hot tub much faster than the 10-12 weeks others quoted us. We are enjoying our hot tub immensely!”
