“Definitely would recommend this optometrist. Dr. Dan Lam was excellent, I came in with a ton of questions and he was super insightful. Also Lauren was super helpful with selecting a pair of glasses and walking me through all of the insurance details. They were both very courteous and helpful. Also, it was super easy to schedule an appointment online with them, and only a few hours between getting a prescription and my glasses being ready, which usually takes DAYS at other places. Overall a great experience.”

“Awesome experience at BreakThrough PT in Amberly. Pooja Patel was my therapist for 25+ visits. I found Pooja to be extremely knowledgeable in her field. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule after a serious medical issue with needed 1 on 1 time. Pooja listens and more importantly, remembers and adapts to your feedback. You are not just a number to Pooja. She was always friendly and eager to help me see improvement. Kenny Biggs was great as well, always engaging and helpful. Many interns over the summer (Gabe!) helping out were all pleasant to work with. Regarding the review about not following COVID mask protocols. In my experience, masks were on 100% of the time. Interns would diligently wipe down EVERYTHING I touched. Never saw a single exception.”

“I was only there for 10 minutes or so, due to being in the area. But the place has a lot to offer! I will be heading back to offer a better review later. There are plenty of new looking table sets, mattresses, and very good looking couches and love seats. There were tons of racks of clothes, but I didn't see how they were organized. There is a very nice night guard there, we had a great conversation about the hamster cage I found there. Overall, I will be back!”

They did not have it in this location but the young lady that helped me I didn’t get her name but she was an African -American lady wearing light yellow dress yesterday. I’m sure she knows who I’m talking about. I want to thank her for her AMAZINGLY ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! She opened up boxed up boxes looking for this dress she also went to check the back and called another store for me. I didn’t even ask her to do this but ,I think she saw how bad I wanted this dress for my daughter since we were leaving for a trip in a couple of days. “Absolutely loved the staff here. From the first person you speak to, to the aides, and ultimately the doctors. Dr. Nettune was in charge of my PRK procedure and he was excellent. Currently seeing 15/15 on the charts after previously having massive amounts of astigmatism. I called with dozens of questions (both before surgery and after) and the staff patiently and kindly answered everything with a genuine interest. I never felt like "just another patient." One of the staff who had an odor of smoke , slender , brown hair and beard is just horrible. Followed me all the way to the front because he assumed I was going to steal from him . I let my clerk know when I was checking out , I think her name was Jaylah if I am not mistaken. She was probably the only staff member there that was sincere about the situation .
