“First time at an In-n-Out after hearing of its cult status for years. Perhaps because my expectations were so high is why I gave four stars instead of five. On the plus - the welcome from the young lady behind the counter was great - enthusiastic and very helpful once I told her it was my first time. She explained the menu, told me a couple of different ways I could alter the burger, and told me to let her know later how I liked it. Another plus is the price - double cheese burger, fries, and a drink, for about $8 is a good deal. The burger itself was quite good. Thick, juicy, good tomato and lettuce. Wish they had cheddar instead of tasteless American. On the "could be better" - was underwhelmed by the fries. A bit bland. Also, rather than having three Diet Coke spigots on the fountain, it would be nice if they had one Coke Zero. I would definitely come back.”
