“I found this Shell Station to be clean & orderly. It's easy to keep your social distance here as it is spacious. No problems with the automatic self pay machine or the gas pumps. Nice clean windshield washing fluid & squeegee. Paper towels provided. There is air if needed. An assortment of things are available for purchase. If you don't find what you need here there's a Tom Thumb Grocery Store behind it.”

“It was around closing time on a Sunday night, so the floors were a little dirty. But as for the customer service experience, there were two young females in their teens that we're running the drive-thru and filling orders. The restaurant area was closed but I was able to be served through the drive-thru window. And fully expected to be met with attitude and unprofessionalism due to their age and being so close to closing time. I couldn't have been any more wrong. I wish I would have gotten a young lady's names but I did not. But I can say it was around 9:15 9:30 on a Sunday night I believe it was September 11th of 2022. But there was one young black female and another dark-haired female but I didn't want to pinpoint a ethnicity on her for the chance of being wrong because I would hate to appoint somebody or call somebody out of their heritage even the offended mean to. But they were extremely sweet and had no problems. They gave great customer service and I am very proud of them for being so young and professional and easy going and they actually look like they were happy to be there and I just want to give them props. So keeps it keep up the good work girls and to the manager please look them up on the schedule and figure out who they are because they deserve credit. That isn't the best area and they definitely have to deal with a lot of issues with homeless and drug infestation in the area, so for them to be still smiling on a Sunday night towards the end of the day made my day. My only concern is that they were in fact so young and I didn't see any other management doesn't mean that they weren't there they could have been in the back taking care of other things but it just kind of concerned me cuz the fact that I didn't want them to be robbed or anything like that knowing that there's only two young females there. Maybe consider some security on weekend nights or nights if they don't have very many employees there that was just a suggestion other than that the food was great and I want to thank you guys very much!”

“I went to this location this week. The drive thru line was long, so I went inside. The cashier was courteous and friendly. Tim, the manager asked one of the workers to clean the dining area. To my surprise, he jumped in and assisted by wiping down the tables! That’s teamwork! The food was hot and delicious, as usual!! Oh! Seniors, don’t forget to ask for your discount 😃”

“Big Boi's is the place! GREAT food, great service, just all around great experience. I'm just in town from Oklahoma and really wanted some waffles. Google came up with 80 waffle houses and Big Boi's. Don't get me wrong, I love me some waffle house, but it doesn't hit the savory-sweet, crispy-heat spot. The reviews for Big Boi's go on and on about how good the food is and they are 100% right! I got 3 wings and a waffle with an extra waffle for my sister. Everything was cooked fresh when I got there: wings battered and fried, waffle ingredients measured, mixed, and poured (no box mix here!), and fries seasoned and fried, everything! I don't know if those are Big Boi's own recipes, or if he borrowed them from mom, but they are a comfort food godsend. Can't wait to come back and try a Big Boi Burger! If you haven't been, GO!”

“Very polite cashier. I was asked to park in a spot to wait for my order which definitely is not a problem because it assures me that my food is going to be fresh! This is my first visit to this lotaburger but it's very nice I loved the vigas outside it looks very modernized and definitely a new Mexican style. Convenient to the Santa ana star casino hotel and right off the main highway in bernalillo. Something I noticed as well was the music being played outside the store which I've never seen before so it's nice and it makes the atmosphere for those waiting for there food as well as those who dine outside! The food is always freshly made”

“In dining was open service was quick and the burgers and fries were hot. Great burger my only regret is that they don't put salt on their burgers and barely a little if any on the fries. This Burger King is closest to where I live (walking distance) and was my least favorite but I'm going to have to put them back as favorite. The kind of help in your establishment makes a huge difference. The dining area was clean didn't use the restroom. Great job Ladies!👏”

“Love their seafood combo, Cajun flavor is so authentic and to your preference, it can be very spicy! Staff are very friendly, they provide bibs, gloves and trash bucket for each guest. Most time (even during pandemic) the restaurant is pretty packed so sometimes it took time to cook. Everything is cooked per order so it tastes particularly fresh to me. My order took about 10 minutes for a big seafood combo. Restaurant decoration is cute and clean, even a side room, perfect place for party and family reunion!”

“The service was great! The store was very clean and organized! The night I was there, employees by the name of, (Gerardo) and (Kevin) helped me. They were very nice and respectable, customer service was excellent and they didn't mind pleasing the customer, inspite of it being, literally the last minute, right before, time for them to go home. Staff was being like causal and careless in the beginning, but actually it was because they are TRULY friendly – not fake big smile with curiosity of money. I have cooked over 15 years with over 10 countries' food studies, and I am always being very picky and serious for overall quality of restaurant. 5 star absolutely. “For me McDonald's is the only place that I go just to get a Coke. Their cooks are great! I haven't eaten the food there in like 2 years. The quality went really down and I don't know what they put in that meet but it doesn't taste like meat to me. I will give him a thumbs up on the coffee their ice cream and their Cokes. I can't speak for the food cuz the last time I ate it was two years ago. But if you're hankering for a cold beverage give him a go. Make a trip to the golden arches.”
