“Excellent customer service, they do pay close attention to your needs and help you. Not like other box stores ending with emy who don't give a hoot about their customers. They are more expensive but you end up with quality products many of which are made in the us and last a lot longer than their red star counter parts. Great return policy which is more than 90 days. It tells you how well they stand behind the quality products they sell.”

“Let me just say this the company will racially profile you if your African American . I guess you don’t find a lot of my kind in the yeti section. One of the staff who had an odor of smoke , slender , brown hair and beard is just horrible. Followed me all the way to the front because he assumed I was going to steal from him . I let my clerk know when I was checking out , I think her name was Jaylah if I am not mistaken. She was probably the only staff member there that was sincere about the situation . I applaud her for her such astonishing amount of empathy she felt for me . The only good thing I could remember about my event”

“Nothing but positive things to say about P & J's. Place is super clean and organized. It's not like other shops that look like a warehouse full of car parts and TVs from the 80s. They have a lot of gold jewelry to choose from. Which made me happy. Anthony, who helped me for probably an hour? Couldn't have been more patient and cool. I'd definitely want someone like him working for me if I had a brick and mortar. He really was the BEST!”

“I think the best thing about RBM (White Rock and Richardson) is how generous and equal their attention is with each customer. Whether I’m buying a road bike for my son, a cruiser for myself, a new saddle for my husband, or replacement straps for my bike rack, they always have time, interest, and information to meet my cycling needs. Bottom line, they want everyone to enjoy cycling at their own level. We have bought four bikes, numerous gear, and have always been treated well and promptly.”

“We've purchased several Bikes here, and always have them serviced here. Super friendly staff and extremely convenient location at the crossing of the White Rock Creek Trail and the Flag Pole Hill Trail. I recently purchased my first road bike. Dallas Bike Works not only fitted the bike for me adjusting seat, handle bars, shoes, but they went above and beyond fine tuning it for me. These guys are the best offering friendly service and assistance every time I visit.”
