“We had an amazing experience working with Damian. He really takes the time to get to know you and find out exactly what you are looking for. We test drove several different carts before deciding on the one we purchased. Seamless transaction and we were in and out in under an hour. Damian even delivered our cart an hour later. White glove service every step of the way. Every dealership needs to take notes from Frontier Golf Carts. This is exactly how all automotive transactions should be done. Gold standard business practice right here. Thanks so much!!”

“I was very impressed with Robert and Lori. They educated us on the bike and took us out on a scheduled tour in which we could try multiple bikes nd options. It is a big purchase and they both seemed genuinely concerned that we made the purchase that was right for us rather than a quick sale. Both my husband and I were very impressed by their service and definitely recommend checking out this bike shop.”

“Great local bike shop. Brandon was an honorable person who could have just taken my money, that I was ready to pay. But provided his expert opinion. So I'd definitely give this shop 5 stars after my experience.”

“I recommend Sun & Ski Sports in Katy Mills Mall for anyone interested in purchasing a bike. They have a good selection of brands and types of bikes for adults and also kids at various price points. I recently went there looking for a bike and Jake White, Department Coordinator assisted me. He provided excellent customer service, is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The store has a large amount of inventory covering several areas. I recommend Jake for bike purchases and Sun & Ski Sports at this location for everyone looking for sports equipment, clothing, shoes and accessories!”

“Craig did my bike fit and made insoles for a new pair of Lake cycling shoes. He was extremely detailed and worked with me for over 3 hours. I've had my new bike for a couple of weeks and am really enjoying it. I'm still getting used to my position on it, but so far so good! Getting a good bike fit is extremely important, especially if you're a long-distance cyclist. And Dynamic Bike Fit is the best!”

“My visit here was awesome. The shop is located at bit of a peculiar spot, but other than that, going here is well worth it in my opinion. Both the shop's staff and the customers were all very friendly, and offered me help with any questions I had with setting up a custom board. Not only will they help you gather the equipment you need for a complete board, but they'll also assemble it for you and help fit the board to your liking for you as well. All the things they offer seem to be good quality, too. This is definitely my go-to skate shop for the foreseeable future, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.”

“I have been to several bicycle stores in the past month and this one seems to be the most reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I have had a problem changing gears that other stores said needed to be adjusted. This store showed me a piece that was bent and replaced it. My bicycle has been changing gears very smooth since. I have been recommending this store to my neighbors.”

“Every time I go to Sun and Ski my wife and I are treated like family. Everyone is willing to help us out with any questions or concerns. Jonathan in the bike area always makes sure that my bicycles are in top performance every time I bring them in in for service or repairs. He always greats you with a smile and a hello. For someone like me who averages 3000 miles a year on a bicycle I’m in there a few times. I appreciate their dedication, friendliness and their appreciation towards their customers. Thank you Jonathan for always making sure my bikes are in top condition. Keep up the great work.”

“Adore this team! Victoria, David, Andy, and several others went above and beyond to answer an obscene number of questions and ensure we were well taken care of. My husband and I received a warm welcome and were made to feel comfortable while trying to find the right bikes for us. The Bike Mart team listened and guided us toward exactly what we needed and nothing more. We’re looking forward to returning and making more purchases in the future!”

“Recently purchased my second bike from B&B and they have been great with both purchases. They have went out of their way to be patient and helpful with anything I’ve needed without trying to sell me things I didn’t need anytime I’ve stopped by. They even just helped me return some clip-less shoes to the manufacture that I had issues with and went out of their way to find a pair that fit me correctly. They will continue to be my go-to for anything bike related.”

“My experience with Ray Jay bikes was phenomenal! We were in town for a bike camp for special needs children/adults that my daughter was attending, and were told that we needed a riser for her handlebars. I brought in the riser that the camp gave us, but Ray showed me why it wouldn't work. The part needed to be ordered, but we didn't have time to wait so Ray had someone go pick up the part in town and had the bike ready the SAME DAY! It was not just an easy fix either. He added all new brake cables, and made some adjustments. It was the BEST customer service that I've seen in awhile! You can tell that Ray loves what he does and knows all things bike related. The shop was very tidy and organized which I believe reflects on the attention to detail that you will get from this bike shop. I wish I lived nearby and I'd take all our bikes there for service! Highly recommend this awesome locally owned bike shop!”

“Just before COVID in 2020, I had discovered gravel roads. I borrowed an aluminum CRUX from a friend and started riding gravel for both racing and recreation. I love the crunch of gravel, the occasional drift of a back tire, the remoteness, the lack of traffic. But after 1600 miles, my relationship with gravel riding was on the rocks due to back pain, numb hands, and fatigue. Sure, I looked around for other bikes. Carbon, steel, fancy seat posts and handlebars. But, for the first time in my life, I realized I was actually ti-curious. I took a leap of faith and bought a titanium frame from Handlebar Cyclery, and they set it up for me knowing my issues. Stephen and the rest of the crew set up a ti dream. The first 60 miles or so that I rode it included the Castell Grind, and let me tell you, friends, the hype about the comfort of a titanium frame is all true. Washboards and rocky roads melted away into clouds of dust. The bike floated over sand pits and glided through chunk. And for the first time in a long time, except for some cramps due to poor training, I got off the bike feeling better than when I got on it: No back pain. No numbness in the hands. If your relationship with gravel is also on the rocks, or maybe if you just want to spend more time on the rocks than you do already, you've got to check out the titanium Burro Bikes at Handlebar. I'm really happy with my custom built bike from a local shop, and the Burro frames are American-made, as well.”

“We went to fix my son’s kids bike. Everyone’s friendly, informative, and quick. They had many different bikes to choose from. Went here again to buy a new bike for my son. James was so knowledgeable and helpful. I am so going back to buy my own soon. They have so many great bikes to choose from.”

“We've bought every generation of the cyclone motor kit for our fleet of pedicabs (Austin Pedicab). The newest, however, is by far the best. The price is dramatically lower than the previous generations, and the install takes considerablyless time. As an added bonus, we found that in our the last order of 15 kits the motors accidentally had been upgraded with steel gears. The steel gears seem to be more efficient and more powerful. So, that's my recommendation: the 4000W cyclone kit with steel gears.”

“Had a great experience at Biking roots today. Tim and Jared were extremely helpful in my purchase of a Marin 29er. They asked questions about things I hadn’t even thought of as a taller rider. They put my bike together and had me on my way in less than 45 min. Will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks guys!”
