“My experience with Ray Jay bikes was phenomenal! We were in town for a bike camp for special needs children/adults that my daughter was attending, and were told that we needed a riser for her handlebars. I brought in the riser that the camp gave us, but Ray showed me why it wouldn't work. The part needed to be ordered, but we didn't have time to wait so Ray had someone go pick up the part in town and had the bike ready the SAME DAY! It was not just an easy fix either. He added all new brake cables, and made some adjustments. It was the BEST customer service that I've seen in awhile! You can tell that Ray loves what he does and knows all things bike related. The shop was very tidy and organized which I believe reflects on the attention to detail that you will get from this bike shop. I wish I lived nearby and I'd take all our bikes there for service! Highly recommend this awesome locally owned bike shop!”

“Super duper friendly. I brought my old bike up here from nearly ten years ago. Definitely in dire need of a tune up. With the waitlist being so long, I wasn't sure they were going to be able to see me the day I brought my bike there. However, they did perform a few quick fixes: adjusted my seat, replaced and adjusted the bike chain and tightened the brakes. I was put on the list so that I can get a true tune up in the next few weeks.”

“This is the best electric bike rental shop I've rented from! My mother and I decided last minute today to rent the electric bikes while she is in town visiting and Vicky was so kind and accommodating - she was able to get us both electric bikes for the second half of our day with only an hour notice from us that we wanted to reserve them. When we arrived, Vicky and her tech had everything ready for us (including a map of cool places to go ride and see - and ice cold water to take with us!). We rode through Sundance square then along the river trails and ended up going up to see the cattle drive at the Stock Yards. We had so much fun! These electric bikes are awesome - we have rented and ridden some in a few different cities and these ones were by far the easiest to handle and they had multiple sizes so someone more petite like I am can ride comfortably, which was awesome and hard to normally find (I am 5'2 and sometimes electric bikes at other places are too heavy and the seats don't go low enough for both of my feet to touch the ground when I stop). The bikes had a basket in front that could fit a big bag or backpack - I put my purse in the front basket and it never fell out. The bikes even had a cell phone holder and a bike lock for when we stopped to grab a drink. All around a phenomenal experience! We had so much fun! 5/5 stars!!”
