“I have been searching for a hard-shell wood case for my acoustic guitar for quite some time now. After searching online, I was finally able to find one that fit my guitar here. So, I placed my order online and headed to the store after receiving notification that my case was ready for pickup. This Farmers Branch location is a 40-minute drive for me, but I was excited to get this case. The layout of this store is similar to other stores in the chain, which is nice so you can easily find what you’re looking for. I was kindly greeted by Jered; he verified my order and went to grab my case. The store was clean and organized, they also have a wide selection of guitars, gear, and accessories to choose from. Unfortunately, when Jered came back with the case, I instantly noticed several dings, nicks, and a scratch on the case. Jared was kind enough to offer me a small discount, but I was spending almost $130.00 for this new case and wanted something without any damage. Jared issued me a return, then placed an order sourcing the case from another location and having it shipped to my house for convenience. Overall, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get to drive away with my new case. However, Jared made up for it with his kind, friendly, and helpful service. Thanks Jared! I recommend this location, and will definitely come back again.”

“I can't say enough about this place!!! We called them to do the balloons for a cooperate event.. Yvette, one of the designers, came out and helped make a plan to get everything together. Then her and the owners, Amanda and David, along with another very nice young man(I missed his name), were 5 mins early on the morning of setup. They did an amazing job!! Everything was exactly like we wanted! Colors, placement, arrangements...all of it! I didn't have to lift a finger and I don't have a single complaint. They placed everything perfectly, were open to changes and were super friendly! We will definitely be using them again! I recommend 10 out of 10!! Thank you all for a great experience!!”

“We recently used Jon and his team to decommission our entire building. We had a drop dead date and it was completed on time. Every piece of furniture was removed; good furniture taken; old, used, or in bad condition was disposed of. This team was professional and came in every single day ready to work and to make sure the project was completed on time. At the end of the project they cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company to everyone. I would definitely use Jon again if our company ever moves back into an office environment. “It started with a curiosity phone call answered by a very knowledgeable man named Ryan. A few months later my husband and I walked into the location about 30 minutes before closing time. After a brief conversation, Ryan remembered this phone call from a few months earlier and picked it up like it was the same day. We were never rushed or made to feel like we were keeping him past closing time. He answered all questions we had, gave his input on design ideas while leaving the final decision to us and checked on build times so that we were aware of when we would have our tables. When delivery day came we were kept in the loop as to when they would be here, how long they planned to be here and received a "15 minutes out" phone call. 3 very polite guys; Tarzan, Pebbles and Thor showed up and explained every step of what they were doing. My curious husband watched the entire build and asked a ton of questions. He said he was never made to feel like he was a burden to them. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tarzan seemed to be smiling the entire time he was working. There was a small damaged area on the pool table rails that we would probably not have noticed for a very long time. Tarzan pointed it out and explained how they were going to make it right. Another employee, Hopper, drove an hour to bring out new rails and the table was perfect before they left. These guys cleaned up and left my place better than what they found it. Honest, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and we have a beautiful pool table and shuffleboard table.”
