Ultimately he had to refer me out but I appreciate that he didn't take on a job out of respect for my time and was honest and easy to talk to. He communicated throughout the process by phone and answered his phone when I called. I will use this shop in the future. Great neighborhood business. Shop is very clean and well maintained.”

The NP/Midwife Ms. Smith was amazing walked me through the whole exam. Great bedside manners took her time to answer all my question and wasn't press to rush to her other patients. “On Time Experts were absolutely wonderful to work with. Even better that they’re a 24 hour operation. Fabian, our tech, was incredibly kind and efficient. He went over all possibilities and solutions. While we now know we’ll need a new unit, he was able to provide a quick fix to cool our house. Having small children, elderly, and animals in the home is scary with this heat wave. We’re already experiencing a cool down, although it’ll be an all day affair with how high our temp was! I’m confident in this company’s abilities and work ethic. I look forward to having them maintain our systems!”

“Chad knows his stuff, seriously. It’s rare finding a shop that has someone who is eager to solve the problem and accept a challenge (rather it’s a major fix or tiny problem). Prior to having my car repaired it had been through two other shops (after a visit to the dealership)! I was getting quotes from shops that held my car for weeks and even a month and could not provide me a proper diagnosis. Chad did the diagnosis the same day (Thursday/Friday) right before closing up for the evening. He had my car fixed the very next week, it drives great, and he even fixed a few other things that helped make a major difference! My advise to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop please be patient and understand your car is in great care here. The main thing that helped me out tremendously was he gave me a realistic time frame, this helped me save money and balance out my life by knowing how long to expect being without a car. Communication and patience is important when doing business. Although it took no time for my car to be fixed, I was relieved to know I didn’t have to call everyday asking for an update. I was able to keep an extra $3500 in my pocket on top of excellent service from someone who can explain what issues they found and provide solutions. I’m grateful.”

“8/31/22: This was our first visit. There was plenty of parking and a nice view of the lake. We were greeted by Deacon. He was a great host and bartender. Bo, the chef, stopped by to talk to us and shared his philosophy regarding food preparation and engaging with customers. The draft beer was cold and the blueberry mule was very good. We had the loaded fries with steak, lemon pepper wings and onion rings. The food had was presented very nicely, had great flavor and arrived hot. The restaurant was very clean and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Will definitely return to try the steaks and the rest of the menu.”
