Although I appreciate how thorough this shop was with figuring out the issue with my vehicle, the $165 diagnostic fee is pretty steep! I've been in the Automotive business for over 23yrs. I recently too my 2017 Chevy Z71 to get a 7" lift kit installed and Martin got it done right! Later that year my check engine light came on and Martin took care of me again. Installed a new fuel pump, cleared all the codes, and got me back on the road in no time. Not sure what he did but I swear it's faster now! “I had reached out to several mobile mechanics and got no response. I reached out to Jerry and got quick response. This was the first time using mobile mechanic services so i was a little weary. My battery had to be charged which my son did but after the charge I could not drive it into the dealership to get new battery. I called Jerry he came right on out, he replaced that battery, clean up around the battery case and answer any questions or concerns and gave good advice. He’s very warm and patient and friendly. Most of all he was not trying to rip me off! Very reasonable and fair. I even tipped him and I normally don’t do that. I definitely will be using him again for anything he can fix.
