“I had a battery replaced at Christensen Tire & Automotive at 1407 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 on December 2020. They put in an Interstate battery that had a 2-year warranty. I had problems with the battery not staying charged and I had it tested and it was bad. Christensen Tire & Automotive tried to charge me $178.59 for a new battery that was still under warranty. DO NOT GO TO Christensen Tire & Automotive because they will try to sell you snake oil and rip you off. They were going to get a new battery from Interstate Battery at no cost to them because the battery was under warranty and charge me for it. That is very deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTENSEN TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE AT 1407 E BELT LINE RD, RICHARDSON, TX 75081. I came to Interstate Battery and showed my receipt from when I purchased it from Christensen Tire & Automotive (2020) and Interstate Battery told me it was still under warranty and that there would be NO charge for the battery. Pete was very helpful along with the other gentleman that tested my battery. They were both friendly and gave great customer service! I recommend coming to Interstate Battery for your battery needs. I'm not sure why there are all these negative comments about not getting a new battery that is under warranty. There are always two sides to a story. I never had a problem and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you. The young lady at the front desk, red hair, I can tell she had great customer service but that day her attitude was kinda funky. I just don't like feeling like I'm being "talked at" rather than "talked too". She seemed irritable a little because I asked questions to make sure I understood what she was saying. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to getting cars fixed but I was also made aware that payment for the work is after it's done. She took payment before. Ive been working in customer service since 2013 and having a bad day is understandable but keep the attitude at the door. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the work that was done”

“Called Dentwerks on a Tuesday and they were able to accommodate me right away. I came in 30 minutes later and met Austin and Joe. Joe took a look and we discussed how it wasn’t a typical door ding - was sharp damage on the body line - and that usually the repair would be referred to a body shop instead. I described my situation that it was a new car and I didn’t want any real body work done with non-factory paint. I also knew it was going to cost a lot more at the body shop than it would here. Joe said he could try working his magic on the door and it could get to about 90-95% of its original condition. After about 2.5 hours, Joe pulled the car back around and I was taken back at how great it looked. It was as if the damage never happened. Joe really outdone himself and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to work on it when he could have easily said no and told me to go to a body shop. Thanks again Dentwerks. You guys have earned a grateful customer.”

In my search I found that the Attic Breeze solar fans is one of the best but expensive. Then I found Energy Efficient Solutions that have them available and they are not too far from me.
