“This store is located at lower level. Ample parking spaces. Be careful to drive at the parking lot as it’s underground. Since it’s wholesale, items are in inexpensive. Better to check big appliances online and compare prices. This store was well managed and clean. Check out staffs were quick at scanning items and checking out. The place was also not extremely packed compared to the Walmart upstart.”

“This review is way over due (like 4 years). Four years ago, after we had just settled my mom's estate, I decided to use some of the money towards a piano. There was never money or room in our house growing up for one. I began taking lessons in 2007 using a Yamaha digital keyboard and every time I spoke with mom on the phone, she always asked me how my lessons were going. My piano teacher suggested that I look into a hybrid piano since I liked the digital aspects but wanted the feel of a traditional piano. I stopped by Piano Gallery the Sunday following the Memorial Day weekend. There were cars in the parking lot but the door was locked so I called the store's number and Bob answered. He said they were closed that day (there was a private event) but asked me if I would be willing to wait a few minutes and he would be right there. Bob arrived within 5 minutes. I told Bob I was thinking about a hybrid and he showed me the Casio Calviano GP-500. Bob patiently walked me through the construction and features and played it so I could hear the sound. The retail was $6000, Piano Gallery was selling it for $5,000 but Bob agreed to take my Yamaha in for a $500 trade in and luckily, there was a $500 promotion. I emailed my piano teacher for his feedback (he said go for it) and midweek, I came in with my headphone and had a practice run with piano. Finally, I came in on Saturday and purchased the piano. Bob arranged to have it delivered that same day. This piano is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I play I nearly everyday and I think the quality of my playing has improved quite a bit because it has the sound and feel of a traditional piano. I am able to practice with my headphones during the work day (my husband works at home). I am also able to easily record songs using either MIDI or WAV format (USB drive). Thanks Bob! Sue”

I contacted Amazon and walts tv the only thing they could say was to return and buy it again. Not even a store credit. This is my first time buying from Walt’s and the last time. “I have been dealing with Jose and Jeff since 2016. I have purchased a living room set, dinning room set, entertainment center, and several beds from them. He has always taken care of what ever issues I have had. Also Jose has delivered my stuff every time and let tell you I live no where near there store. I have had ups and downs when it came to being able to make my payments. Jose is awesome he worked with me even when he probably shouldn’t have. Let’s face the facts people and be honest, if we could afford to finance things we wouldn’t be going to a rental company. Yes you are going to pay probably 3xs the amount that you would if you finance thru a normal bank. Word of advice contact them before your actual due date and they will work with you.”
