“So far I’ve just covered the North part of trail, from Loop 288 up. Love this trail, great example of a Rail trail that shares the space adjacent to railroad. Easy to follow paved trail with nice scenic views. Great for walking or biking. Also nice direct route connecting Denton to Lewisville. Full trail is 12 miles point to point so perfect for distance runs too.”

“I moved my son in to a SBP in July 2023 so he could attend UNT. So far, it's been a good experience. All of the leasing agents and managers I met and corresponded with were knowledgeable and professional. The online application process, maintenance requests, and bill pay are convenient and easy to use. The apartment and property are well maintained. I had a few minor items that should have been redone before moving in, such as fresh paint to remove remanents of the previous tenants and some other minor wear and tear. But, the things that really matter, such as central air, up-to-date appliances, in unit washer dryer, secure doors and windows, and plenty of lighting, are functioning as expected.”

“This place is trying to do things in beautiful ways that are different and intentional in having a reverent liturgy and music of a certain high quality, no matter the style of various masses. So many young women wearing mantillas is remarkable whether you approve of the practice or not. The altar servers are trained in a much more profound way than at other parishes. Fr. Kyle is a priest of unique qualities and gifts that can inspire and even sometimes quietly provoke. Any college ministry that has resulted in some seriously discerning religious vocations and has had a full FORTY FOCUS Missionaries come out of this center in the last decade is doing some remarkable things. This is a center that embraces many different facets of Catholicism rather than narrowly focusing on more culturally popular areas. As such, the JPII center has been attracting more and more families from the area than just a student population. Keep up the great work, everyone!”
