“I had the most amazing experience at this store here. My doctor called in prescriptions for me and I stopped by to give them my insurance information but the staff had already looked it up and was working on my prescriptions already. Even though it was my first time at this store. They let me know that I could wait on them if I wanted to. Multiple prescriptions filled in a timely manner. They made sure I had knowledge about each medication. They even call me a few days later to make sure I was okay. Each and every one of the staff members at this store is so very professional and caring and pleasant.”

Additionally, there was no waiting in the office, which is unheard of! Dr. Sherry Barnett is a down to earth expert who spent so much time going over the plan to control my son's asthma. She spent a lot of time asking detailed questions and we never felt rushed at all during the visit. I feel very confident and safe in her plan of care for my son. “I would love to share my experience of this facility with everyone. First, I would like to take time to say that the nursing staff was amazing. They did everything to make sure you where comfortable and all your needs were taking care of. They never made you feel like you was just another patient. They treated you with respect and cared for you like you where there family. The kitchen staff was amazing and the food was great. You always had options on the food you would get. The aids worked hard on making sure you had what u need and check up on you. They physical therapist worked very hard on making things easy on you and didn't push you to do things that you weren't ready for. The housekeeping always made sure your room stayed clean and they always had plenty of clean linen. The activity director always welcomed you and made everything so much fun. Also, the people who ran everything always had there doors open and would listen to any of your problems no matter how small . Again I just want to say thanks to everyone at this facility and if you are short or long turn they treat you like family. I will miss everyone. Keep up the good work and always remember that even when they are having a bad day they never show it. Best facility and great people for all your needs. Thanks for making my stay an great experience and helping me get back on my feet.”

“Dustin and Wesley were excellent therapists! My fiance and I left our couples massages feeling like a million bucks. The whole Elements staff was so kind and helpful our entire visit - definitely better than most of the other massage places we have tried out! The ambiance was peaceful and calm, and they had water (fruit-infused and regular) at the ready, not to mention hot towels and water bottles to go at the end. Excellent experience all around!”

My instructor was Jordan, and he did a great job explaining everything and ensuring that I was prepared for my first class. Their goal is to create a team environment in their workout classes, and it shows; even their members made me feel welcomed. Personally, I always get nervous before I start a new workout; the team at Row House did a great job making me feel supported from start to finish. Give them a try as soon as you can!”
