“Excellent, excellent, excellent... I had engine work done previously at the Frisco Main location, and that was superb; they had my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer running smooth as silk. Just this past week (of Jan 2020), I had serious trouble, in traffic, with my transmission. As the vehicle has 238K+ miles, I should expect some issues, but this seemed like a show stopper, a death knell. I had it towed three times (another story), finally ending up at Frisco Automotive and Transmission #2. Nolan was very cordial, patient, and professional while taking in the TB for diagnosis and treatment. Sadly, it was the transmission, and replacement was the only reasonable alternative. Nolan explained the issue clearly and thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. This was a Thursday; amazingly, they completed the work by the end of Friday. I was expecting a much longer wait, so much so, that I was unavailable to pick up the vehicle that day. They were very easy going, saying Monday would be fine...and the TB ran beautifully. On Tuesday, driving to work, I suddenly had a engine stalling problem. Although it seemed unrelated to the transmission, I called FA&T #2 for assistance, to understand what was happening. Bill recommended I come in immediately, which I did. Ultimately, the issue was not related to the transmission, however, Bill and Melvin got me fixed up with a cleaned throttle body AND new freon and sent me on my way, no charge, just making sure I was 100% satisfied with the service. I heartily recommend bringing all you vehicles to Frisco Automotive and Transmission, #1, #2, or #3; they are consummate, no nonsense professionals and really understand what Customer Service is...Thanks to Nolan, Bill, Melvin, Warren, and all the team”

“I stopped by this location because I needed my front bumper fixed. I had parked too far into a parking spot with a curb and upon backing out, inadvertently broke the clips on the right side of the bumper. I pulled in at 8:34 am and Jay greeted me in the parking lot. I told him the issue and he said he would be able to get it fixed in less than 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised and sat in the waiting area to eat the breakfast I grabbed on the way. At 8:41 am, Jay pulled my car around to the front - my bumper looked good as new! I was shocked to say the least - I waited for my breakfast in the drive-thru longer than that! I’ll definitely come back to this location if I ever need auto body work again. Highly recommend!”
