I also told him the mobile mechanic said it was my water pump. So he could of easily charged me for time and labor and put in a water pump that I ended up NOT needing. “I went for a state inspection on a rainy day because I hoped it would not be busy. I was right. They got my inspection done so quickly! What was awesome to me, though, was how they treated ME. While I was locating my insurance info, a guy came out in the rain to tell me to pull up to the bay door. After the inspection, they pulled my car to the front door of the shop. I only had to take four steps in the rain on the way in and two steps on the way out. That was really nice.”

“I have been taking my F350 to a local dealership for all service and maintenance for several years. The truck was primarily being used for farm stuff until we found our dream 5th wheel camper last month. Before we wanted to buy the camper, I wanted to make sure the truck was healthy enough to haul 12k pounds cross country so I took it to the dealership and asked them to look at everything for a week.
