The complex itself is clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and responsive should we have any issues. The service team is beyond helpful and we never have to wait for something to get fixed. Not that anything has broken but change light bulbs and AC filters is about it. Nice little dog park for pets and we’ve met some wonderful neighbors. Would highly recommend.”

“We stayed here for a couple months while we were waiting to get our house built. Very nice facility and dog friendly. A lot of activities to do in a nice pool to hang out at. It’s an upscale park and you definitely pay for what you get, there are less expensive places around but they are not as nice. The traffic around this RV park is horrible with all the housing areas around here if you get out at the wrong time of day be prepared to sit in traffic on the side streets for 20 to30 minutes at times.”

The apartment is very upscale with very nice amenities ( granite /marble countertops, wood laminate floors, high ceilings, lots of windows to bring the light in, stainless steel appliances, tall baseboards, wood blinds to name a few ) We also have found that the office staff is very responsive , kind and professional. We had some concerns when we moved in and they were addressed immediately. We also have a wonderful patio view which allowed me to display my many plants. We have zero complaints at this time about our new apartment, the staff or the amenities at Montana at Bowery. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.”
