After the exam and testing she explained what she found what the treatment was and offered some advice on how to avoid this from happening in the future.”

Everyone is very kind hearted, Dr. Speed is a miracle worker! She figured out my mini Aussies issue and got him back to full health within 72 hours. She absolutely LOVES the field of veterinary medicine to the point where you can tell she does it for fun at home. My dogs actually look forward to going to see her..... at the vet! That says it all! “Incredibly convenient and professional. A great alternative to going to a vet. They even called us and said to come in whenever since they had multiple cancelations. About 4 people did show up when we arrived, and they were able to see us all despite the fact that the clinic had officially closed for the day. They were amazing in dealing with our less than cooperative dog and were able to get him caught up on everything he needed. They provided us with documentation, a tag, and important information about our visit. Special shout out to Dr. Emily Couvillion and her team! 🥳 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!”

“When we had to say goodbye to our sweet yellow lab, we knew Dr. Hill was the perfect person for the job. Sam was old - Santa brought him for my daughter 15 years ago. Dr. Hill was incredibly compassionate and explained ever step. My now adult daughter got to stay with him as long as she wanted before the procedure. When they did the injection, my daughter pet him and we all she’d a few tears. We were all welcomed to stay with Sam as long as we wanted. When my daughter was ready to say goodbye, we went outside and waited about 15 minutes. We knew we wanted to bury Sam on our farm, they presented Sam to us in a durable and very nice looking white “body bag”. It was beautiful to know he wouldn’t just be in a trash bag. About a week later, we received a condolence card from the staff and they had taken a paw print of Sam and enclosed it in the card. It hangs on our fridge to remind us of our sweet Sam. On a difficult day, Dove Creek did everything they could to make us comfortable and say goodbye the way we wanted to.”

“Our kitten wasn't acting herself so we brought her into Bartonville Veterinary for a check up. When we walked in we were greeted with a sign welcoming my precious baby into their family. After the exam they requested to keep her for some tests. Dr. Cordero personally called to go over results. After further testing the unexpected phone call came in. They stayed into their lunch hour to give us time to grieve and spend time with our baby. The vet was honest and the staff were all very understanding. We had expected to take our Malibu home, but I did not want to be selfish and her to be in pain any longer. They gave us all the options for her aftercare. It was a horrible outcome, however they have earned my trust and we will return with our other fur babies.”

Dr. Mark Moynagh is very knowledgeable, a great listener, and takes the time to understand the situation and discussion the options with you. Unlike most other vets I've used, I never once felt "rushed" during a visit with Dr. Moynagh at Westgate. The staff are wonderful. Polite, friendly, professional, responsive, accurate. The office is clean and comfortable, and conveniently located. We even found the prices to be very reasonable. Dr. Dean performed her surgery on July 19, 2021 and today November 11 2021, she has now been walking perfectly with ZERO limping for several weeks now. She had TPLO and Troclear Sulcoplasty. “I would recommend ABC Veterinary Clinic. I was able to get an appointment same day. The two ladies at the front desk were so sweet and compassionate. The Doctor and vet tech were just as compassionate and explained things where I could understand what was going on with my dogs. I have lost two 15 year old dogs in the last 3 months. Each time they gave us as much time with them before and after they passed. With one of them they allowed me to hold him while they did it. I got both of the cremated and offered mementos that I cherish. I got them back home a week later. I feel the office even went above and beyond by sending a card offering their condolences on our loss with a print of their noses and paw prints. I do not believe they are out for their own personal gain like some suggest in other reviews. A true honest veterinary clinic and a rare find who understands that our pets are our family.”
