“On Thursday, 02SEP2021, My usual eatery on this segment of the “International Ft. Hancock - Las Cruces I-10 Bicycle Bypass” (aka Socorro Road/258/Mission Trail) was closed when I cycled Westbound from San Eli, so stopping at the El Michoacano Restaurant seemed obvious. What was not so obvious was the stunningly delicious food and expert fast service. Despite cycling this particular route many, many times over the past three decades, I had never stopped here; what a loss, and I’m so glad to have finally corrected my mistake! I was ecstatic to have seated quickly, chips/salsa/water/menu brought immediately. I was tempted by the huevos rancheros, but remembered being chided by a fellow colleague for NOT selecting the namesake meal of another eatery, so “Desayuno Michoacano” it was. This succulent platter of steak/eggs/retried beans/cinnamon toast/tortillas and ample black coffee was the perfect beginning to a day of cycling. I’m definitely returning; it certainly has my coveted “¡Wheel Of Approval!””

“Nine Hundred Bar & Grill was an excellent addition to my stay at the Holiday Inn. There is a well stocked bar and lounge area plus a restaurant area with plenty of seating for large or small groups. It has a relaxed upscale vibe but the prices are very reasonable.The food came out quickly, was very well cooked and tasted great. They also serve the dinner and breakfast menu as room service for a very small delivery fee. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are staying at the Inn or are in the area.”

“Really good experience today. First of all, I want to commend our server. Receipt says his name is Robert S. We had large table of about 12 people and we all were constantly asking for things like drinks, ranch, ketchup, etc. He always stayed proper and brought everything out quickly to us. I ordered the Green Chile Burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was good but I feel like it could've been better. The sweet potato fries were really good though. Definitely recommend those. I did taste my friends grilled chicken and that was really good as well.”

“Did not have them work on my vehicle, so this review is strictly about customer service. There was an older couple having a tire repaired when I got there. The tech was very polite and straight forward; did not force them to buy a new tire or try to upsell, he was straight and honest about what was/could be done and when he was asked about putting on the spare instead of buying a new tire, he was very professional and obliged the older man who owned the truck. My car had broken down and I went In to ask about some parts for a quick fix until I could get a replacement, ( they did not sell the part). The young lady behind the desk was very polite and worked with me and the techs to find something that would work. I will be going back in the future to see how their work is, but if their work is anything like their customer service, I have nothing to worry about. 5 Stars.”

“Absolutely incredible. I would give it 6/5 stars if I could. The fish tacos are so good that it doesn't make sense and doesn't seem real, as if you are actually just dreaming and will wake up any moment, or will find out they put drugs in the food. The fish and chips are quite good as well. Forget fancy 5 star restaurants with famous chefs and long reservation advances! If you have to fly all the way across the world just to try the fish tacos from this food truck, it is still more than worth it. There is a lot going on in the fish tacos, it's not just fish in a tortilla. Usually when restaurants try to add many things to a dish, especially one as simple as a taco, it seems like it should make it better. Your eyes and brain and stomach tell you it should make it better. But then when you actually taste it, it only makes it worse and they would have been better off keeping it simple, but they don't because that's not what sells because most people can't taste past the expectation of their eyes, stomach, and brain. Not so with these fish tacos. It actually tastes as if they experimented for years with different cooking styles and ingredients and only left in what actually makes the overall flavor experience better in combination with everything else. I am so fortunate to be able to eat here! Thank you so much!!”

“I came here today to meet with the GM Monica after she reached out to me since U had a previous bad experience, I've been eating Taco Bell for a long time more often than other restaurants and am so happy to see that there are still restaurant owners out here that want their customers to feel welcome and to be able to talk with them! I think I might start making a trip down here every 2 weeks to eat in and enjoy the relaxing feeling of being in a great restaurant with great food. “Sitting outside is awesome if the weather is nice! Awesome customer service. Mimosas were a little pricey but they tasted amazing! There are gluten-free options on the menu even if they’re not advertised! The only reason why I can’t give this place a five star review, is because the portions of the skillets are very small compared to the price so if you have a big appetite I recommend getting another side on top of the skillet. Everything tasted wonderful!”
