However, after meeting Alejandra and listening to her for only five minutes I knew she was dedicated to finding what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and patient. She listened and made suggestions based off what I told her I wanted and not what she thought I wanted. When I decided that the time to purchase was now, the process was effortless. I met her colleague by the name of Ken, who walked me through the financial process, warranty and made me feel extremely comfortable in my purchase. He also walked me through the after purchase process, which included the delivery and the set up. It was a huge purchase but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way things were handled and how much this store values a customers experience. I continued to call the next to days changing my delivery time, as my schedule kept changing and every time I spoke with Ken he was so professional understanding and accommodating. No questions asked just made it happen!
