“Took my cat Nana to the vet today. I was really nervous because our usual veterinarian couldn’t see her and he is the only person I trust with my baby. However, they were beyond sweet. Loved our vet tech and the doctor was great with my cat and even gave her a couple of snacks ♥️ thank you Adobe team for taking care of my baby! Will definitely come back !”

“Dr. Lozano is one of the best Veterinarians I have ever been to. His staff is top notch, so caring and patient. He himself, goes above an beyond his duties and assistance ed with every little concern I had. Hopefully, I never need to see any of them ever again. But if I have the need they’ll be my first choice. And the prices rock. About $30 for a general wellness exam for a 2 month old puppy. Her sister was along for the ride. 🐕🦺🐕🦺Guess thats the only knock I have that it’s hard to know pricing without calling, wish all vets would be more upfront about that on their websites but it’s just one of those things 🤷♂️”

“My review is based off the condition of my cat after his surgery at West Texas. He broke his hind leg in 2 and we took him here after emergency care at another vet for leg surgery. They scheduled him quickly and my cat runs, walks and jumps like nothing happened now. He recovered fairly quickly, as well (maybe because he's a younger cat 1-2 at the time). The cost was high of course, but competitive with other vets that I called.”

“I took my puppy in to be spayed. She had not been to the vet before and she was so frightened her temperature sky rocked. However they were so gentle and reassuring with her that her temp came down and they were able to proceed with surgery. I've had many dogs at this vet and they never fail to take my feelings into consideration and realize what my pets mean to me. Their prices are fair compared to other animal hospitals in town. Their staff has always been kind and treated me with respect. Sometimes the wait time seems excessive however I know that they will treat us the same way with whatever time we need when seen. For these reasons we will continue to use the East Side animal Hospital for all of our veterinary needs.”

“Dr. Bailey saved our boxer's life when she ate a rock and intestinal ischemia (death) had started. She is amazing at correctly diagnosing and treating as our boxer later tore her acl and Dr. Bailey accurately and quickly diagnosed her for that as well. She takes her time, goes the extra step, explains everything in detail, and has a very delightful disposition. Our Lilly loves her! The Northeast Vetinary Clinic has amazing staff and has never disappointed us. The waits can be long, 2-3 hours for the entire visit including payment but they prioritize emergencies and in my experience most good human doctor's take about the same amount of time as well as having a steady amount of patients. Appointments help. All of the extra diagnostic tests do add up but they will tell which ones are absolutely needed if you are on a limited budget and are very through. The waiting room is a bit confined but it is always very clean as well as the exam rooms. The vetinary assistants are very helpful and compassionate and seem to enjoy their jobs. When had difficulty in coming up with the money for Lilly's surgery they suggested Care Credit which really came in handy. It would be nice if they had some kind of payment system though.”

“I have had some issues with this business in the past however, on this visit, I didn't experience have any of the same problems. I had to make a last minute appointment because it was an emergency. They were very accommodating. They got us in quickly assessed the situation quickly and were professional and friendly. Sadly, there was nothing they could do for Lucky. We had to put him down. We were there for an hour and a half all together. If I had waited until Monday, Lucky would have passed away at home and he would have been in quite a bit of pain. I'm satisfied with this visit. They were, as I said, professional and they were genuinely concerned for Lucky and his family.”

“Dr Barnett and Dr Lenox are the best. My dog is terrified of Doctors and both of them took their time to earn her trust and understand her. Both have a different approach but they are both good and kind. The people at front desk have always been helpful, kind, patient and willing to help. Dr Barnett spayed my baby and she was as good as new from day one. Sometimes the wait is long, but my baby is worth it. Thank you so much.”

“We unfortunately had to take our beloved cat of 16 years to be put to sleep. I can’t thank the staff of this establishment enough for their open arms in our time of extreme pain. We were treated with such sympathy and love from their staff. I received her ashes today and still feel so lost. The staff here guided us and assisted us so much. I’m beyond thankful for their prompt assistance and caring culture. I cannot go through pain like this anymore and will hold back from having pets again. For those that still have a fur ball in their homes, I strongly recommend this facility. They really went above and beyond for my family and my baby. My baby is back in her bed with her toys. Her love will never be forgotten. Thank you for all you do! - Duran Family”

“I like that they could schedule an appointment to spay/neuter my pets in a relatively short time span (1-2 weeks). But they seem more disorganized lately asking us to arrive at 7:30 am but not answering the phone until 8:00 am. Also, they should offer more in-depth information about the extra services they offer like x-rays which we received in DVD/Disc form and don't really have where to play it. They also charged me around 400 for each cat the first time being that they could only neuter one; the other one was sick so I had to take her later. In their instructions they said they could remove the sutures in 7-10 days but they made me wait 14 days which really affected other important things I had to do (and this cat was a stray at this point so she tried to escape the house many times). However, I've had no more problems and they seem very nice; I would personally try to find another place with more accessible prices, but I recommend this place too.”

“Took my dog to get vaccinated, stayed in the car, called to let them know I was there. They called me back and said to bring her in. Got processed in, but had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Too many people and seems like they over schedule, like appointments scheduled every 8-10 minutes. My dog was very nervous and anxious the whole time we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful but didn't like having to wait so long.”
