“Their weekday specials are the definition of special. For example, Tuesdays, you can get a large combo basket (fish, shrimp, fries and hush puppies) for the price of a small combo basket. The level of seasoning is supreme. I would encourage you to taste before automatically adding salt. The best catfish I have had anywhere. The hush puppies and other items are delicious too. There was enough food for my wife and I to share one basket and have leftovers. Every item was hot and fresh. (Note: We couldn't wait, so we ate some before I took the picture.) Last year, we came here on our last night in town. This year we came on our first night in town, allowing for making this an option for another meal while we are here.”

“Went to try this place because of the reviews and everything was on point. From the food to the hospitality. We were greeted with free charro beans with a tostada chip. Not sure if they always give the charro beans out for free, but they were super delicious. Tried a quesadilla, pastor taco, chicken tacos, hot dog preparado, and a elote. 10/10 must try!”

“So the husbae and I were looking to spend a little quality time together and dine out. He googled search Mexican restaurants near us and Hugo's popped up. I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but decided to give it a try. Let me tell you how glad I am that this restaurant popped up. The customer service was on point from the moment we walked in until we walked out. KALYN is the 💣 point, blank and the period. She was not only polite but she was also beyond attentive. She gives this restaurant a great name and reputation. Food was AMAZING, now the chips/salsa and guacamole was lacking, but everything else sent me straight to my happy place 😍😍 THANK YOU KALYN for everything, we will definitely be back and looking for you 💯 💙💛💙”

“There’s no better experience than ice cream at Scoops ice cream! The staff is super friendly - like out of their way friendly. It feels like eating ice cream on your best friends couch except that instead of a scoop of grocery store ice cream, you’re eating a warm apple pie sundae drizzled with caramel and deliciousness. My husband had a cheesecake parfait and I think I actually died and went to heaven when I took a bite. I had the brownie parfait with butter crunch ice cream and almond slivers and it was amazing too. I don’t have one single complaint about anything. The owner even stopped by to ask how our visit was and chatted with us for a while. It’s probably good we don’t live in the area, or I would be here far too much for my own good.”

“Amazing southern hospitality/ customer service! That alone will keep me coming back to a place. My slider was cooked to perfection and very tasty, loaded fries were on point! (added jalapeños) highly recommend this business, speaking with them their ice cream bar is soon making its transfer into the restaurant and the options they described sounded delightful. Will be back soon. My first experience was over all better then my one today. Food was tastier and made with a lot more love my first time thru. I will say I liked fried green tomatoes they were thick and really tasty. Customer service still on point love this! My sliders were OK def not juicy and delicious like my first visit. Still would recommend this place maybe they were having an off day being Monday will try again sometime soon”

“I was in Red Oak Texas today and decided to try a hamburger pizza place my wife had tried recently called Dough City Pizza+Burgers. I enjoy a good hot and spicy burger and while in line I saw a sign for a Jalapeno popper burger. Toasted bun well cooked fresh beef patty, cedar cheese, bacon, jalapeno poppers, shoe string onion rings served with ranch sause. It was not hot to me but had a nice spicy taste. The onion rings were a doughy type which are not my favorite style but they were ok just not for me. Very very sweet tea. The employees behind the counter are very nice. Keep in mind the ingredients are fresh and cooked to order so it will not be the quickest place to go on a 30 minute lunch break. However it will be worth it.”

“Love this place! Every time I come here I’m treated with respect. Not like at Denny’s where the host/manager didn’t even say acknowledge me and waited on two other people before I left. No snobby teen taking your order, service is the best I’ve seen anywhere. Clean (as far as I can see), and the service- the delivery…QUICK! I am not kidding. I ordered this today and right when I was bout to pay my order was ready. Heck, I don’t think I even finished ordering when my food was ready to go. But on the real. Great job! Love your work. “I’m glad I didn’t let the other reviews dissuade me. Last time we were looking at dinner options I skipped this location because of bad reviews that it was “going downhill.” I found our experience tonight to be the opposite! The food was flavorful, colorful, and fresh. The Beijing Beef was very tasty, the fried rice was solid (for fast food Chinese), and the Orange Chicken was on point! The Super Greens were fresh and delicious, as was the Broccoli Beef. I usually am not the biggest Panda fan, and several months ago our orders were sub-par. However tonight was excellent! I recommend giving them a try. (Most of the bad reviews were angry rants about the lobby being closed for lunch, but at dinner it was open for us!)”

“I really enjoy this Starbucks. The customer service is exceptional! They always speak and are very cheerful and willing to help and give great suggestions on orders :) Only negative was they were out of oat milk both days that I went. But that was fine I was able to order another dairy free alternative which was good. I am also allergic to dairy they were able to make sure that it was made carefully. I have been to this location a few times. I got to admit I will drive the 15 to this location for good drinks and good service. Hope you can get in stock of oat milk soon!!! I will definitely be back. (Also if your new to this location it is always packed in the drive through may be best to order a head of time or going inside the store). I do with the line was a bit faster.”

“I've been to this dunkin many times. Today's visit was excellent in every way. The two staff members were superb! They were helping multiple customers seamlessly. I asked one employee what time they opened. She said 5:00, but she was there much earlier, making the donuts. We talked for a minute. She said she loved her job! It made my day. I love meeting people who are great at what they do and are so happy it's contagious. I wish I'd taken the picture before we started eating and asked their names. Everything was delicious! Looking forward to returning soon!”

“This place is a hidden gem. I went by on the 1st to order soup and it was well worth it. The soup was delicious. The owner only opened up for soup but since we were from out of town she asked if there was anything she could make for us. Within a few minutes she whip up a favorite just for us. I literally drove back into Dallas in awe that she did that just for us. A+++ customer service and delicious food. Definitely will come back”

“Wicked Good Chicken is found inside The Hawk Stop gas station convenient store. I wouldn’t normally get chicken from a place like this but I’m glad I did! The restaurant part of the store is very clean, as is The Hawk Stop and being National Fried Chicken Day when I was in Red Oak, I really had no choice. : ) I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries which was really good. It was a crispy piece of chicken that was seasoned well. Fries weren’t my favorite but the chicken was excellent.”
