“A great company to work with. They came to our home to measure and brought many samples to choose from. Then, Barbara worked with our schedules to get a day when I would be around. The installers were courteous and professional and they finished the large area in a day. They took away the old carpeting and put down beautiful laminate flooring and did a careful job on the trims. “I was really nervous about this place given the reviews, however, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered an 8 foot table. The delivery time was quite long (7 weeks) because we ordered something not in stock. Unfortunately, our benches did not come with the delivery and we had to wait an additional 6 weeks for those. I am still giving 5 stars because the staff was very apologetic and even offered to loan us some benches until ours arrived .We did not take them up on that offer but it was still nice nonetheless. Our benches did finally come. Our table is beautifully made, very nice solid wood and the price can’t be beat.”

“Update: Thank you very much for the call. We appreciate you reaching out. Customer service is a very rare thing these days and we are honestly shocked to experience it again. Updating to 5 stars for outstanding customer service. I wanted to make this a 5 star review, and the first visit was. Madison was great when we went in looking for a new sectional. She gave us the tour and helped us look through the different choices and was just generally pleasant and enjoyable to do business with. The manager that helped us with setting up the delivery etc was the same way. So, first visit absolutely excellent. Skip to today, we go in looking to buy a recliner because of the great service the first time. Nobody else parked out front, no other customers wandering around inside and zero interest was taken in helping us. We asked about recliners and the answer was "all the reclining chairs are over there" and pointed in the direction of the front door. I didn't see what I was looking for so we went over to the large display they have to search through what they can order. During that time not a single offer to help. We came in looking to spend another grand and possibly more to replace old furniture in our house but will be looking elsewhere I guess. It's a bit disappointing really because we prefer to spend money in our own community, but again, Madison was awesome and we really enjoyed our experience with her.”

I had excruciating pain in my ear & swelling on my face around the area; he worked me in that day, took care of me, & gave me instructions to follow after the procedure. The staff put me at ease before, during & after. They even followed up the next day on how I was doing. 5 stars arent even close to a 10. Hes my ENT DR from now on.”

“Lauren went above and beyond to help my wife and I find the right mattress. We felt zero pressure to spend a lot of money, and in the end got a nice mattress with a really, really good deal, all thanks to her vigilance with watching inventory while we waited for something to become available. We haven't received it yet, but we're very excited to have such a nice bed that Lauren made possible. She was also exceedingly accommodating with our children, which took some pressure off us so we could take some time to shop. She's awesome. Go buy something from her.”
