“10 months ago we had a hail storm. A week later there was a knock at my door from a roofer. That roofing company said that I had hail damage, and suggested that I file a claim. I did so, and the adjuster came out. While the insurance said that I had damage on my fence, vents, and gutters it did not touch my shingles. After the insurance cut me a check, and that roofer realized the roof would not be getting replaced, I never saw them again. About a month later I had a knock on my door again by another company. At this point, three of my neighbors had gotten new roofs, and they were in the neighborhood. I explained to them my situation with my claim. They assured me that I did in fact have hail damage, and they could get it taken care of. State Farm came back out and inspected again. This time they found more damage, but still not enough to replace my roof. This second company suggested I used a third-party company (suggested by them) that would come out and fight this with the insurance company. I was told not to worry about the bill from the third-party company, that they would cover it. I later found out that I was responsible for that bill. That process involved multiple inspections, engineers, and eventually an “umpire” coming out. While they did find more damage, they still did not cover replacing the roof. At this point, I had really just given up on getting a new roof. I joked with my neighbors that I was “the only kid on my block without a new roof”. One evening there was a knock on my door from Jon. He again went through everything I had really already heard before. I explained to him about my claim and everything that I have been through with this roof. He assured me that he would work with the insurance and that he would get me a new roof. I didn’t believe him given my past with this roof, but at this point, I had nothing really to lose. After spending months working with multiple companies, insurance, engineers, adjusters, etc., Jon was able to deliver on his promise. Not only that, from start to finish working with Jon I had a new roof in a little over a month. I’m sitting here today with a new roof on my house, and it looks amazing. The crew cleaned up my yard after, showed up when they said they would, and even finished sooner than expected that day.”

“I needed my treadmill repaired, and after being told by other companies that I either needed to buy a new treadmill or replace everything other than the screen, I called Alpha EDS and Tracy replaced the belt and got everything going again. Very nice guy and he absolutely knows what he's doing, and does it at a very reasonable price. He also gave me some great tips to help with keeping the machine going. If you need treadmill repair, you can't go wrong here.”

The shop is in clean, organized and top notch equipment. I was a bit concerned with removing wheel and tire from brand new truck; that was short lived after watching how they took care of things. If you need tire work done .. don't go anywhere else; they will most definitely take care of you.”

“I normally never write a review for any business, good or bad, it's just not worth my time, BUT, I do relay on other people's reviews before I purchase anything and I've seen this dealership's reviews on another site and they were great so i think it is right to leave one for this small, family owned dealership. I've bought dozens of cars in my lifetime and have dealt with both new big dealerships and used tote the note dealerships. I have never experiences such great customer service from any of those places as I have at Gutzman Enterprises. The salesman/car dealer is so humble, honest and goes out of his way to make the deal such an amazing deal. Not only did i purchase my Acura at wholesale price but the credit union he works with, is just as amazing to with deal with. My credit is not great but with this CU gave me a great rate and purchased a one owner SUV with no money down. Hassle free and fast considering everything was done by phone with the CU. I highly recommend Mr. Gutzman to any friend or family. Thank you sir and thank your wife for making me feel like family.”
