“I stopped in yesterday evening. The steam table had been shut down, but the two fine ladies behind the counter fixed me up with a meal for 4 that was enough for 2 nights. . .ZOMG. The oxtails were divine, the liver and onions was perfect, the smothered chicken was amaze-bawlz, the pork chop was perfect and I haven't had good dirty rice since my mawmaw from Mamou died 20 years ago. I will definitely be back. Delightful small homey spot right next to my morning stop. I'm changing my evening route home to make this place a regular haunt. Thanks ladies!”

“This is basically a trailer with a smoker-trailer on the side of the highway. Really liked the pork shoulder. Sausage was tasty for a standard non-flavored type. Brisket was decent (This is Texas so lots of stiff competition). See the pics for what to expect. Great takeout spot if you live close.”
