The Property Condition Form they sent out to us, also located on their website, is a very useful tool because it allows us to point out any work that needs to be done to the house that we can submit with bids and/or estimates. The years when they are not able to lower the value because of the sales in our neighborhood, they send me a $0 invoice. “We used Grand Slam plumbing the first time during the winter storm event. They came out and fixed our pipes before any other plumber could get around to us. That helped us keep on track with fixing up our house to sell. Yesterday, they came out to our new house. I called when water started coming through a light fixture in the kitchen. I was amazed that Josh was able to be here within 45 minutes of my call. I was so grateful because I wanted to find out what was going on to keep further damage from happening. Josh found that the AC drain was clogged and causing the water. Josh was done with the job before some other plumbers even called me back. We will definitely use Grand Slam plumbing again I highly recommend them.”
